Easy and nearly flawless results for a first time DIYer, if you read up on the how-to's
The media could not be loaded. First time wrapping anything automotive, and I have less than a handful of newbie DIY mistakes (lifting at corner edges due to not stretching enough). That being said, the clear Bio HEX is subtle but gorgeous. One roll allowed me to do all my rear lights - uppers, lowers, and brake light.Vinyl doesn't impact the visibility of my lights, and because of the lack of tint, I'm not running afoul of any laws.Application was surprisingly simple - repositioning, lifting, and stretching the film was easy and user-friendly. Very little heat needed to manipulate and stretch the film around curves, but you do still need a heat gun. I had no tearing or bubbles, but I did take my time (as you should) to be sure I was getting as good an application as I could for my first go.I can't yet speak for how well it comes off, but will update this once I pull off the film to redo the sections that are lifting (again, 100% user/beginner error). But, even with the lifting, the film has remained intact and nothing has been able to get under it in the couple months I've had it installed.Watching professionals/videos, reading up on the process, having the right tools, and most importantly, having a lot of patience is what's going to get you the best results if you've never worked with automotive vinyl before.Overall point: wonderful product, easy to work with, 10/10 would recommend and use again

great product for more than just headlights.
This stuff is AMAZING I just love it. Colorful great for paint jobs you don't want to get chipped up and it is easy to use holds up to every thing I have put it on. I am currently doing my Bolens H16 tractor with it. DID the headlights on my 2023 Chrysler 300C and my RAM Bighorn too.

Great product
Great product easy to install. Let’s see how long it stays on and doesn’t fade. Overall very thick film for rock chips on the road

It’s great, but…
It’s great. Has good adhesion, stretches easily with heat and is fairly smooth on application. Love the way it looks. My only complaint is that if you lay it down and pull it up to reposition, it leaves some clouding. I cleaned both headlights with alcohol and let them dry completely (as I do with all my wraps). Not sure if it was user error, but I’ve never had this problem before. Overall, it’s good for the price and the amount you get, and application is easy enough that I’d give it 5 stars if not for the clouding.

Dark on the back & light on the front
It took me multiple tries to achieve a half decent outcome (lol). I used the same tint for the headlights but the not tinted version. I couldn’t get the tops of the lights to not have wrinkles so I ended up trimming the ‘eyebrow’ off upfront. Worked well.I think having another person to heat the material for me would simplify the curves/bulges, so I can focus on stretching it to lay without wrinkles. But I don’t have friends.Get a good craft knife, squeegees & tools ready before applying. Make sure you have a few hours of no distractions in a garage to apply the tint. It is time consuming & tedious & pretty nerve racking (if you have anxiety like me).My best advice for this tint:Make a friend so they can be trained to heat your material so you don’t have to struggle like myself. Be zen. Be prepared to mess up. Buy extra material to ease your mind in case you have to redo it… don’t rush, take a section at a time. Watch every air release tint video you can find. Look in the mirror & say “I CAN DO THIS” & then do it..I tried calling professionals to see if I could pay them to do it but allow me to watch so I could understand how tf… but none of them would let me bring my own material. So I looked in the mirror & said “I CAN DO THIS” & then boom… I did it for spite, like sorta, kind of decent.I believe in you 🥰Ohhh & I did the gear shifter inside because the plastic was scratched and wouldn’t ever look clean. So it’s great for hiding the ugly ✨ (if only I could wrap myself in it)& make sure you have a heat gun.Ok bye!

The perfect film to make your LED headlights shine yellow instead of blue.
I had to get new bulbs for my headlights in 2002 4Runner and figured I'd try some LEDs. All the bright (and not outrageously expensive) LEDs come in that awful white-blue color temp. This film does just enough work on them to make them shine back to yellow. They're not super-yellow like some foglights are and it's enough that you can see the difference between the headlight I covered and the one I didn't.They do make the headlight housing VERY noticeably yellow during the day. Which is either a bug or a feature, depending on yoru taste.

Doesn’t Adhere well
Installed decently well, then days later both headlights bubbled up and they won’t go away. Even in the areas where there was no stretch and I post heated it well also.
