Harry & David is always good quality. Purchased gift for father in laws 90th birthday had shipped to him and when opened the chocolates were all over the box. For the money I spent I expected better packing.

Was excited to give this as a gift. It came late, fruit completely brown and over ripe, items melted. Disappointed. I have given it two stars because there was an immediate refund. No offer to make it better, just the refund. Again, just disappointed.
