Easy to setup and sounds great
Easy to setup and sounds great. Can get about 50ft of reliable range when using my 5th gen iPod and 80ft when using my Galaxy S7. It's because the devices have different bluetooth specs. The controls only work when connected via bluetooth; not via the aux port. Before I used an aux-to-rca adapter to go directly into my amp. Now using the Exile when connected via Bluetooth the sound is much louder than before. It's because it outputs more volts than my iPod did, which is nice because it allows me to turn gain on my amp down.

4 stars because I only just got it hooked up last night and haven't really taken it for a spin. I needed to replace an worn out deck on my boat and got talked into this system as opposed to a cheap Walmart deck. Same price range as a piece of junk deck and this is supposivly "water tight" as opposed to marine decks which arnt really. No openings no moving parts so nothing to really go wrong there.Install is super easy although no directions come with the package the wiring diagram is accable on their website. Only thing it doesn't tell you is you need a 1 1/8" hole saw for it.It looks clean and super easy to put in youCan wire the remote in to a dash switch or just use the power button on the device itself.my friend has the same unit and the theory is we can set it up to play out of both boats but have not tested so time will tell

Would not go into BLuetooth Pairing mode at all.
I ordered this part a while ago and finally got around to installing it into my RZR 1000. The unit is dead and will not work, unfortunately I am not able to return for a refund because I am past the time limit. Will not go into bluetooth pairing mode so it is essentially a paper weight.

Great product.
Ive had this thing buried in mud more then once and no issues at all. Fit in the 12 volt plug hole of my RZR dash no modication needed. Great product.

Impressive
Impressive product. I get about a 90 ft range with an iphone6s. This even reconnects after being turned off and back on. Easy to install. No complaints.

Works great, connects quickly
Functions exactly as I was hoping. Bluetooth connects quickly and seamlessly each time it's powered on. The volume gets plenty loud through a small amp and a couple 6x9s.
