So easy to operate with the wrist remote control. I’m using the vivid pro platform every morning for pain relief. So incredible! Great way to start the day if you have chtonic pain. With the pain relief,!i am able to move in and follow the beginner exercise videos. I’m also feeling stronger in my muscles. I’m only able to use the lowest setting so I know I will be able to use this vibration platform for s long time. Also, the extra size is very helpful at an advanced age.

I am loving this vibration platform! It was really easy to set up and get started on. I have had to start slowly because it really does provide a powerful workout. I am standing on it for 3 or 4 minutes and then doing core work for a minute or two followed by doing plank with my hands on the platform. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the platform and the customer service with LifePro Fitness. I emailed them regarding some missing resistance bands (I bought an open box item sent from an Amazon warehouse so I assume it was returned without the bands. The customer service team at LifePro Fitness immediately helped get some replacements in the mail.

I used to use the Power Plate when I worked as a trainer at Lifetime Athletic. I always wanted something that would compare to that, but didn't have 10k plus to spend on a unit for my personal use. I found that the vibration benefits are amazing. Increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, increase in bone mass with low impact exercise. Increase in strength, power and performance, and my favorite, Massage. I can lay my calfs on the plate after a long hike and it feels amazing. I also use it to help loosen up my IT Bands by laying on the side of my thigh. I can sit in a chair and put my feet on it and it helps me relieve symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome. I could go on and on. :)

So I have a condition called lipedema and in my chat for the condition, vibration plates were highly recommended. This plate is fun and super easy to use. My whole house kind of shakes from the strongest vibration but my kids enjoy the color scheme that you can use or simply turn off the lights and just have the simple mode. This model is recommended for all types of bodies including therapy for pets with a lighter vibration mode. It comes with a remote for your wrist etc.I saw online you can sit down and put your legs on it and it should still deliver the same affect for those that aren’t strong enough to stand for 10 minutes/ handle the vibe of the plates. Love that in 10 minutes on the highest mode, you burn 200 calories!

I did not buy this as a workout machine, I do not use the exercise handles, I only stand on the unit. I got this because it was the cheapest one at $80 in a beat up box and a small scratch on the actual unit. I was looking for a vibration plate after trying a professional one that costs thousands. The professional one relaxed my body, took away my stress and cleared my head. This $80 unit can be a too strong and too jarring. I keep it on the lowest vibration because the medium and high modes are far too jarring. It does not reduce stress or relieve pain. It can actually leave you sore and achy. It does seem to help with circulation. My legs are tingling afterwards for a moment. Later I feel tired and the next day I have more energy. I wish it had a bar like the professional one because this $80 one seems to work more on the lower body not much in the arms. It is a little awkward turning on and getting started until you get used to it. I could not get the top off the wrist band. The unit is large, the power buttom is small and kind of hidden under the side of the unit. The unit itself has a flat control button panel. The 00 looks like 88. The light on the unit is unnecessary. It is there to show you when you alternate between low, medium and high. When I keep it on low it is just a green glowing light.

I’ve had the VividPro for 15 days. I’m normally an active person, however about 6 months ago I developed serious pain in my left knee, that got worse. Come to find out, I have a tremendous amount of arthritis in my knee for being 49, along with a minor quad tear. It hurts so bad, I couldn’t stand the full 3 minutes to brush my teeth...pathetic right?I hate not being able to do anything, and not being 20 anymore, things were shifting in a not so flattering way...thanks gravity!So I researched whole body vibrations plates, after hundreds of brand and product searches and a cramped thumb from scrolling, I came across LifePro. It took literally minutes to know your company was where I needed to find a wvp. After reading some articles and reviews, I purchased the VividPro. The first 3 days, I just stood on it, P1 Speed 1, so I can get used to it. Crawl, walk, run...right?!?Then I incorporated some bands for upper body exercises.Listen to this, after the first week - 7 days!!! I realized I could stand while brushing my teeth...I can even walk my insanely cute, 4lb chihuahua! The pain is so much less than it was!!! I swear, not sure if it’s in my head but I couldn’t be happier right now. I know it does not cure arthritis, but whatever it’s doing, it’s helping!!! yay!This is the start of my 3rd week and I believe I’ll step up to P2.

Have vibe machine for 20 years, wanted a portable model, this thing sounds like a paint shaker shaking a can of rocks. 20 Screws that hold light bar around edge have have come loose. Would like to return for a more expensive model. Not fair to make me pay for shipping when upgrading for another more expensive model, no selection for upgrade in return menu? Probably will have to pay for return. lesson learned. Not like my old machine, this thing just vibrates,old machine vertically moves up and down about 10 mm, far far less annoying than lifepro 249$
