Assuming the fans are protected from rain and no water will accumulate on the roof then it will be OK but it is not intended for this use.

Q: How easy is it to pull the vehicle in/out of the capsule?

Very easy. Unzip the panel and flip the vinyl onto the top of the capsule. I roll my car out due too side pipes and I don’t want to sit in the car while inside to capsule to warm it up. But you could easily get in your car door and start your car and drive it out of the capsule.
