It’s leaks from the set screw what is your suggestion on fix?

I have not installed mine yet.. and I have purchased the black matte. will update my purchase once I install.

I bought this but the attachment piece is too short. any suggestions before i return? this is what i want but it doesn't work :(

You can use an Anderson Metals Brass Pipe Fitting, Adapter, 1/2" Male Pipe x 1/2" Female Pipe to add about 1" to the length of the attachment. If you need more you can use a coupling and a nipple but that is probably going to add about 2" or more. If you need less than 1" or something between 1" and 2" I don't know of anything that will do the job. The shower holder is a nice looking piece but the plumbing in the wall needs to be square to the tile face and the right depth. The only adjustment provided is for rotating the holder to hold the wand straight up and down. You should have the unit available when the plumber is doing the rough-in so they can put the drop ear elbow in the right place.

This looks like a nice unit. Is there a way to adjust the position to angle downwards?

The position is fixed, it is a handheld shower and not meant to be the main shower head, however it throws out a lot of water.

Nipple depth can the nipple size coming from wall be changed ?

No and is a major problem, I would not order this product.
