I bought some like this a while back but the inside was not sealed. These on the other hand I was surprised were and I was very happy! Worth the price and adds a peaceful element to my tank!

I am going to give it a 4 stars just because it seems to be a smooth shiny texture ! But it is not! So I had to return mine cause of my betta fins I needed a smooth one! Good thing about this one is that it comes in a package of 2 instead of one ! So really good price! And also size .Only not for me !

This decoration is sealed. There are no rough edges on it at all. It will not hurt your fish. However since it's sealed, you're not gonna be able to get any live plants to grow on it. None of my fish would use these until I put Java moss inside them, but now they enjoy it. My shrimp also love it

Not large enough for the average cychlid to get all the way into and hide. Wish I'd have found a larger size. The inside is very smooth like any other glazed and fired ceramic, but the outside has this rough texture to it so the inside will be easier to clean than the outside. I'm satisfied with my purchase, but I need a larger size. They look SO SMALL once they're inside the aquarium!

Little rough on outside. Can smooth it with just a wascloth. Inside had a couple of sharp clumps in them. Easily removed with just my pocket knife.
