Delicious - Would never know they were GF. Would buy again.
I didn't order from Amazon, but found in my local market and decided to try. After preparing and having rave reviews, I looked on Amazon to see if I could order at a lower price than the local market. Our family thought these gnocchi were terrific. We do prepare our gnocchi in a 2-step process of first boiling in salted water, draining and then quickly sauteing. I found them to be slightly crisp on the outside and deliciously soft and light on the inside. I actually prefer to traditional varieties that can be overly heavy. I can see that they may be more chewy or starchy without the 2-step prep, but that's the way we've always prepared - so I'm reviewing based on the flavor given this method. Really terrific. Would definitely buy again.

Did not taste good.
The box arixed warm/hot with all the ice bags thawed completely. I tried one from my next order and it was not good. I am paleo and used to the flavors/tastes and textures and I was so excited to try these gnocchi- they were so incredibly starchy. I ate maybe 2-3 and then gagged on the last one and that was it. They were like eating arrowroot flour and water.

Sooo Goooood
I got mine from Whole Foods. Sooooo goood. They are frozen, I would not order unless it’s guaranteed to be frozen.

A starchy tasting wad of smushy dough. Keep your 11 bucks!
Tried to write a review on Capello's website but they don't have a review sections... Maybe because they don't want to hear feedback like this:I got my box at Whole Foods and took it straight home to the freezer. I was really excited to try a gluten-free/grain-free gnocchi because I am celiac and before I knew that I was, I loved gnocchi! When I took it out, the first problem I encountered was that the majority of the package was frozen into a huge clump. I tried separating most of it but it kept crumbling into smaller peices. I thought maybe it would separate along its edges once I dropped it in the boiling water. Nope.Once I put it into the water, the big, soft clump remained. Then, within not even 45 seconds, the gnocchi started dissolving into smaller pieces. I had read the instructions (both on the box and online) and they said to cook 1 to 3 minutes and the gnocchi will float. I didn't even need to cook it a whole minute and the gnocchi started breaking apart (*not whole pieces floating). I tried to stir a bit to get the pieces to separate and they just mushed to the fork's touch. Finally, I ended up serving the gnocchis that survived and I sliced off a few portions of the dough ball (because, after paying $11 for this experience, I at least want a serving!). I figured maybe it was a bad box when it came to the cooking process and that the dining process would redeem it all. Nope again. They tasted really starchy and I could taste the potato almost as though it was raw.Overall, really disappointing. Like I said, maybe a bad box? But I followed the instructions and they turned out really poorly. Save your money.
