Pins don't fit and no support
I bought this central vacuum hose because our handle is broken. It is supposed to be "Vacuflo Genuine" but the pins are too large and it won't physically fit in our valves. I can't find out why. I tried to contact the mfg support, but I'm still waiting for a response. So I returned it. Cost $62.77 to ship it. I guess I wasn't paying attention because I expected free shipping for the return. Buying stuff online is risky and one of the reasons I've liked amazon is that it is easy and FREE to send it back if it doesn't work out. Not in this case. I'll be much more careful next time and will use brick and mortar for things like this.

Not quality.
This hose will not continually work. The connection between the handle and hose is bad. I had to tape it place so it would stop turning off on its own. Waste of money.

This is a replacement for one that is 6 years old. I have had Vacuflo installed in the last 3 homes I purchased
