I really love this laptop bag. The colour is lovely, the capacity is perfect and the side pockets really useful. The price was fair for the quality of the bag. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the promised 'strap on the back for carrying on telescopic luggage handles' doesn't exist. I was so disappointed as this was one of the main reasons for choosing this particular bag. I bought it just before a trip away and it was too late to change it but I decided to keep it anyway. This laptop bag is as described. I have an old 17 inch Dell Laptop (still going). It fits with a litle bit of play, so there should not be any rubing on the computer. The strap is the usual velco connextion. Which, stops the laptop from falling out. The side pocket takes the mains adaptor, with room to spare. Pocket inside for A4 papers, upto the old imperial (larger) size. For the price, the quality is excelent. I have removed the shoulder strap and use the handles, my preference. The bag has padding, so it will take some knocks.NB the size relates to the sceen size. The bag measures 19 3/4 inch's corner to oposite corner (Diag.) 50 cm Approx. My Dell is 19 inch's.

Well made and good quality, this laptop case is much better than I expected. It’s really good value and will last me a good long time. It has a big useful pocket on the front and straps inside to hold the laptop steady. Also has a shoulder strap and is a great colour. Definitely recommend.

I like the bag and am pleased with my choice of colour, I went one size up from what i was originally planning and am glad I did. I like the side pockets, handy for your extra bits and pieces.There is no option for seller/delivery feedback so have to include it here. Package was due by 8 pm on 2 Nov 20 but failed to arrive until late afternoon on 4 Nov 20. The tracking information was not updated until close of 3 Nov so i wasted all of Monday and Tuesday staying in for nothing. I left clear instructions of where it should be left safely but instead it was casually chucked on the ground in the vicinity of my front door where it could easily have been stolen. Had I known vendor was using Royal Mail, i would not have ordered.

Bag is fairly roomy, easily fits a 14 inch laptop and has plenty of room to spare. I was looking for a slimline bag, and this one has a bit of a strange shape: the width gets wider at the top - one would expect it to taper in or stay constant. The quality is less than I would expect for the price. I purchased it at the start of May, and by September, with light-moderate use, the stitching on the strap has broken (see photo). It is easy to mend, but I am still disappointed with the durability. I can no longer return this item (more than one month after purchase). My previous backpack (Kipling) coped with a much heavier laptop, and numerous hand-baggage-only travels for 7 years! So I won't be buying this one again.
