I really like this colon cleanse. I've been irregular for mosy of my life and combined with poor eqting habits during the quarantine, my whole body has been sluggish. The first night I took 3 tablets and had a decent BM next morning. Second night produced a MUCH better BM in the morning. All I can say is WOW! I had no idea how backed up I was. I will take it on and off and play with different dosages to see what works for me. Everyone reacts differently. I really like the fact that it doesnt cause terrible cramping. You definitely feel a strong urge to go, but nothing explosive (if you know what I mean lol). Seems to be well made quality product. I think it's about time I lose some of this belly. Drink plenty of water with the tablets.

The advanced colon cleanse seems like a high quality product. There are cheaper ones out there but I was pleased with the price point and the quality of the tablets and packaging. Took 3 tablets for a few days straight and my mid section is already lighter and flatter. For those that have problems with elimination, this definitely works. I've tried some other cleanses with Senna as the main ingredient, but those just gave me diarrhea. The rhubarb root seems to get the job done without the harshness. I like it and will be using it on and off to help me stay regular. Regular detox is a must in today's world. Thumbs up!

I ordered this for my wife who has a little trouble in the elimination department so she is irregular. She has tried the fat burner and liked how it helped reduce her cravings and was able to lose 8 pounds. She seems to like the colon cleanse since it helped her have some good bowel movements. No distension and no strong cramping. Two thumbs up. I think I will take it too since we could all use a good detox.

Fantastic cleanse which is gentle but gets the job done. I tried many different products. Some are too strong and some just get me incredibly gassy. This colon cleanse seems to be just right for me. It leaves me feeling incredibly light! I don't feel weighed down and sluggish all day (you know the feeling when you can't go). I've already lost 4 pounds since starting this and hope to lose some more from being more regular and healthy. My skin is even brighter and smoother (a bonus!).

Product arrived quickly and it is a high quality product. Extra bonus for the extracts (more active ingredients). I think regulet cleanse and detox is a must for maintaining health and this advanced colon cleanse does what it says. Good strong BM without pain and no diarrhea (at least for me). Does make the stools a little soft but no crazy cramps. I took it for couple days then took a break but if you're really backed up, maybe need to take it longer. I will definitely be using this regularly to help reduce my little belly fat. Wife took it and likes it too.

Wow shipping was lightening fast. I took 3 tablets the first night with a huge glass of water. Next morning boy did I have a great BM! No bloating and no cramps thank god! I've been taking the advanced colon cleanse for about a week at different dosages. Bottle says take 3 but I started with 2 just in case. Next day I took 3 tablets. I definitely feel it working and my mid section feels lighter. Will keep taking on and off and hopefully I can lose those last stubborn 10 pounds. Drink plenty of water with this. Good stuff.

The product is good for a cleanse. Do not go over the amount indicated. Also just do 7 days, you can always do it again at the end of another month. Remember that the weight loss you see on the scale is not 'real loss' it will come back. But you really want is to clean things out without the constant run to the bathroom that others do.
