The Beginner's Guide to Raising Goats: How to Keep a Happy Herd

Got this as a gift for someone who has a goat farm they learned so much from it and loved the gift.

We've had our goats for a few months and recently one got injured. It made me realize how little I knew about goats beyond basic care! This book was easy to read and get valuable knowledge!!! I now want to add more goats.(Our goat is healthy and happy again!)

This book provided a complete yet easy-to-understand discussion about important aspects of raising goats. It was very helpful for someone who previously knew nothing about raising goats.

It doesn't go into much depth or detail just sort of gives an outline of what you want to know but for beginners it could be useful

Wonderful book. Great way to get started with Goats. No one is ever ready for goats but it prepares you as well as one can be.

Very well thought out and put together. I enjoyed reading this. Especially the poisonous plants. Thankfully, i only have 1 on my property.

The book is very basic....too basic. And some of what is written is worded in ways that don't make sense.
