Very good and spicey.
This is very good crunchy chili oil and is good in both Mexican and Asian cooking. Very spicey.

A taste of Mexico!
True smoky flavor. Medium is Spicy HOT! The heat can be made tolerant for most people by moderation. I figure one jar could last me 6 mos. I have to have it in most dishes and find it enhances salsa, carnitas, rice and soups. A must in BBQ sauces and marinades.

Love the heat!
Love this stuff, it's a bit crunchy and has some heat, but it's great and I find all sorts of foods to enhance with it.
