Kizer dominates the flipper game yet again!!
I love this little flipper, it’s a great lightweight carry. I’ve got big hands and even being only 5.75 inches overall I’m still able to get a full purchase on it. There’s no jimping but the flipper tab makes for a great finger choil so you can totally dig in to whatever you may be cutting with confidence. It comes with a pretty good edge on it with the Bohler N690 steel it will keep it for a good while. The jade g10 is definitely my favorite of all the jade g10 scales out there, it’s subtle when the others are tacky in my opinion...plus it’s not like that asphalt g10 that is gunna lay wreck to your pocket, it’s just enough texture to give a good stable grip. Now my favorite part is the action, it’s surprisingly great even with its little plastic bearings it’s quick and requires the smallest amount of pressure to use. It reminds me of my ZT 0450, overall it’s worth every penny my only complaint is the pocket clip. Tip up is your only option and it would definitely benefit with a deep carry. Oh and the little circle indentions on the scales are not my favorite, I wish they would have left those out.

A very good small EDC knife.
I really like this small knife. It's a very lightweight EDC knife. The handle provides enough grip and the flipping action is snappy. May be too small for those with large hands. I like the blade shape which is perfect for opening packages and other everyday tasks. Nice fit and finish. Good steel for the price. I highly recommend.

Best Small Flipper Available Period!!!
I am a bit of a knife snob but as far as the Kizer brand goes I would put it against any Benchmade , Gerber, CRKT, and I am a Knife Maker myself but have only completed 2 actual customs. I strive to always have the durability of Ana OD NiTi Coated Boehler Begletier which speaks to its durability, the Leon’s action is exquisite , nothing like it but an actual Kizer Flipper, the detail and quality of the basic steels used like the Liebs SVE3N I belive maybe VG10 are both supersteels , razor sharp out the package, love the new Translucent Color, reminds me of a smaller Domin Mini ‘s 2.87” flagg RN ground drop point, with more detail in the Pivot Screw and the action unlike any other. It is on the small side but a truly hard use gentleman’s knife with Titanium Insides and Clip what more can u ask for the price point?? Best on the market VS Off Grid Models In My Humble Opinion.

Solid EDC
I bought this for my brother as a Christmas gift this year. Now, I don't write many reviews but really need to change that. I currently own a SOG, few different Kerhshaws, and recently bought a Sencut I use strictly at work, so I can only compare this Kizer to the other knives I own. Let me just say, for the price, this thing is incredible. It opens so smooth, feels great in my hands, and has a nice weight to it. And it came very sharp out of the box. I almost don't want to give it to my brother, but I'll just end up buying another one for myself. Lastly, the transparent G10 handle gives it a jade-like color.

Just get one!
I think this is one of the best pocket knives I’ve ever owned... yes it is small but I wanted a small knife. It is the smoothest operating knife I’ve ever used. The blade is sharp and I really like this steel. Really this is a wonderful Little knife… just get one you’ll see what I mean.

Buy one !
This little knife is the perfect “pocket knife”. The blade is sharp (very sharp). The scales are grippy and the flipping action is very smooth. The deep carry pocket clip holds the knife perfectly in the pocket. Get one!

Nice for about two weeks
The knife was really nice and had a great fit and finish. I was looking for a smaller knife with a clip and this fit the bill. However, after about two weeks a ball bearing somehow escaped from the side of the blade. The knife was used to open envelopes and cut packaging tape, so it was not mistreated or abused. I contacted Kizer customer service and was happy to find a reply to my email by the time I woke up the next morning. I responded with the requested pictures of the knife and it's been crickets. A second email was sent after two weeks and still no response. I'm afraid the ball bearing on the other side of the blade is going to come out too, so I'm afraid to use it as an EDC. The knife currently does not open as smoothly or quickly as it did upon arrival. I will update this review if anything changes. Right now this is my last Kizer. Edit: 7/15/21- Come to find out the screw at the hinge end comes loose, which causes the blade to favor a side of the frame. I’ve tightened with the appropriate screw driver and that gets the job done for a week or two. I enjoy the deep clip; however, the clip screws have also come loose, and the clip itself does not grip the pocket very well. I DO like the size, feel and operation.
