Helps calm the dogs.
We hae two dogs that get a little over excited at times. We give them each one to help calm them when they get too excited.

My dog really appreciates these.
A very few minutes after giving my Shih Tzu one of these chews, he has a huge grin on his face. I am so happy with these. I gave him one yesterday before he went to the groomers for his bath, and even the groomer immediately noticed the difference in him. She said: "Oh, so you're just chillin' today, are you?" Without these, he can be very uncooperative.

Dogs think it tastes great.
Technically I can't say how its tastes. Its not for me but it was for the dogs. They love it. It didn't relax them. Not sure what will.

dog refused to eat
Nice to see so much success in the reviews, but not for me. My oldest dog is super anxious hides her head under the couch when people visit, she is also a dog that won't miss out on a treat. When I offered her one of these she sniffed it and just walked away. Also trued mixing it with her food, she ate all the food but set the treat out of the bowl.

Works!
Works great on my husky! Def nice to have for nights he’s super crazy. Effects last about 2 and a half hours of nap time/ relaxed mood.

My 13 year old pit likes these and they help to calm him when he’s anxious.

Ate the whole container and did nothing
I really wanted to like these as it sounds like all the right ingredients and my dogs also take the Multi-vitamins. However, my two 40 lb Australian Kelpies got a hold of the sealed container and ate the entire contents. No effect; they did not even so much as take a nap. (Do NOT try this at home!)

Seems to work
I had bought another brand to calm my dog befor bedtime but they didn't seem to make a difference.With Safe Pets, since he is a small dog I give him 1 treat wrapped in turkey meat, and within an hour he is resting comfortably,I will purchase again
