My husband got this product about two week ago and have been using it ever since. It is a really nice shaver and feels good on the skin. The best thing is that 3D rotary automatically follow every contour of your face and neck. Positives about the product -1) Good clean shave - There is no cuts or burning sensations after using this product2) Chargeable battery - This makes it portable3) USB charging - I finally do not have to worry about different sockets while travelling abroad4)Travel lock-Suit for travel/business trip/household. Do not worry it will be switch on in the bag.5)upright on the tableBrand new in a sealed box. It works great and leaves my husband skin smooth. This one feels very light. This one is deceptively quieter but definitely gives a great shave.It's so goooooooood!!!!

This shaver is light and very handy. Does a good job of shaving and the battery last pretty long. It’s quite unique in that it stands straight up on its own without a stand.

This product is very simple to use but it can’t not done the job like traditional razor. It is not for the home used, but it is good to use during travel.

did not receive the charger cord.what do i do now?

Ok so I have a Phillips that was about 200 four or so years ago. While the razor works great and have never had a problem the razor head must be replaced every year and cost about 40.00. So with that being said this razor is less than 40.00 and I'm sure that it will last a year or so and when it dies can get another whole razor for less than cost of replacing the head. I have been using for over a week now and battery is still showing full and have cleaned the head probably every two days or so. I do like that you can us usb for charging and is very good for traveling and it does have a protective cover that goes over the head for traveling protection.When I compare the performance between my Phillips and this razor I cannot see any difference, both have a nice clean shave. Only if I was able to determine what type of shaving head this is comparable to big name brand I could just replace the blades probably but will have to research this more.Now from an environmental viewpoint replacing an entire razor with a rechargeable battery every year rather than just replacing the head does not seem to be a great idea but it is up to you to decide.All in all if you are looking for a great razor for home or travel that works great this is for sure one to consider. typically, I don't do well with rotary electric razors. For some reason, they just did not seem to be able to provide a close shave for me...which is too bad, because they are much more comfortable than foil razors (as is this one). I am glad that this item proved me wrong. It is like...no irritation comfortable to use, and it seems to shave about as close as my present foil razor..which is close enough for my purposes. It is fairly quiet, runs for much longer than needed, and cleans very easily. It is good both dry and wet though it seems to bog a little if you use it wet with a gel or cream product.I have two hits on this product..first please provide a power supply for charging. I know..you all supplied a cable..but I am running out of spare power supplies and how much could it possible cost to include one?Two the power button is located in an odds spot. I know that it does not look it in the picture, but it is perfectly positioned to get in the way when you hold this razor to use it for shaving. I end up turning the razor off at least a couple of times during each shaving event. Other than that...good solid performer, super comfortable.

I like the design of this razor, and it is very convenient that it charges via a USB-C port. So if you take it with you on a trip, you don't need to bring an extra charger. You can just use the same charger that you charge your phone or laptop with.However, this razor is not very powerful. It pales in comparison to my Panasonic ARC5 cordless razor. With my Panasonic, I can finish shaving in about 10 minutes, and I rarely have to go over any part of my face with a manual razor because the Panasonic cuts so close. But with this SOOCAS razor, I have to go over the same spots several times. It takes me at least 20 minutes to finish, and when I'm done the shave is not as close as what I could do with my Panasonic, so I need to go over my face one last time with a manual razor to make my face feel really smooth.I guess for the price you can't expect that much, but I have still seen other razors for under $50 that can do a much better job than this one. The only real advantage is the USB-C charging.
