Delectable (but warning for those with health sensitivities)
I got lavender, rose, and vanilla. So far I’ve tried the first two and they are delicious. I make my own soda, just mixing a flavor with club soda. If I want it a little sweeter I’ll add some vanilla (making it double delicious).I decided to try out DaVinci instead of ordering more Torani. I’m finishing up my Torani vanilla now.I wanted to add a note for those who are sensitive to histamine, sulfite, or ammonia:The lavender was so good that I had 2x 8oz glasses with approx 6tbsp total when it arrived yesterday. I was very surprised when out of nowhere I had sleep problems last night, waking up after 1 hour and then stuck awake sneezing with a runny nose for hours. Finally got back to sleep with some quercetin, fexofenadine, and maybe niacin, but it was a bad night. I didn’t feel better until 16 hours later upon taking a beef thyroid supplement (not sure how relevant that is to the syrup though).I haven’t had a major histamine issue like this in ages, so just a fair warning. I don’t think I had any issues earlier in the day either, so maybe it was just the large quantity I consumed that overfilled my precious histamine bucket. That said, I suppose this situation was “better” than with the Torani syrups which have “caramel coloring,” which is not caramel at all but something synthetic ("Caramel IV") comprised of ammonia + sulfite, both of which I have major issues with, way worse than histamine. So I can’t catch a break no matter which flavor/brand I choose!Only (Torani) vanilla has been without issue for me. Interesting that the DaVincis I got so far don’t have caramel coloring (haven’t checked the other flavors), so I guess that’s a plus in terms of quality. For me, it is what it is. I juggle balancing a few health conditions, especially high ammonia which makes drinking normal soda impossible. That’s like ammonia in a can (or rather, a can causes super high ammonia in me for some reason). I take ornithine/arginine/yucca to combat ammonia.Yet I LOVE soda. (I learned that craving the fizz is sometimes indicative of needing bicarbonate for my pH issues.) So I traded toxic name-brand soda for homemade flavored club soda, and if I have to take some antihistamines so be it. It’s better than what it could be, and better than not having any soda to drink at all!EDIT OCTOBER 2024: FALSE ALERT!It appears my histamine attack was bad timing with having taken B6 or something right before I got my first DaVinci bottles. I have not had ANY ill effect from rose/lavender/vanilla since that one episode. I’ve just now ordered several more flavors. I’m very happy to have this option over “caramel color” Torani. It’s not just cheaper, but in my case (being sensitive to sulfites and ammonia) it’s profoundly healthier. Sure there’s sugar etc. Whatever. We flavor-seekers know what we’re getting into. I’m just glad there turned out to be NO recurring histamine episodes.

Elevate Your Beverages: A Must-Have Lavender Syrup for Impressive Refreshments
The syrup is perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, allowing the lavender flavor to shine through. It’s easy to mix in, and I love how it transforms a simple drink into something special. I’ve even received compliments from guests asking for the recipe!I use it primarily to enhance my lemonade, and the result is nothing short of delightful. The floral notes add a unique twist that really impresses my family and friends when they come over. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their beverages and impress their guests!

Has A Nice Flavour Of Rose-On The Sweeter Side-Still Enjoyable
DaVinci Gourmet ROSE Syrup 25.4 Ounces. Love To Make Cocktails & Trying A Few With ROSE Flavour. On The Positive/Plus Side This Really Has A Nice Aroma Of Roses & Since Most Of Our Ability To Taste Things Comes From Smell, This Is A Good Start. When Tasted It Does Have A Wonderful Taste Of Roses Without Being Overwhelming. The Rose Color Of This Syrup Is Pretty & Also Adds Great Color To Certain Cocktails. When I Make Pink Lemonade I Add Some Rose Syrup To Boost That Nice Fresh Flavor & Smell. Not A Big Negative-But, This Is A Bit On The Sweet Side, So Add A Little At A Time To Figure Out The Sweetness Level That Works Best For You. Otherwise You Could Have Achey Teeth.Overall Happy With DaVinci Rose Flavor Syrup.

I like it, but...
I like this praline flavor syrup. I like it's made from plain sugar and not high fructose corn syrup. It has a nice smell and taste in our frappucinos we make at home. It's not as sweet however as the Torani syrups. That's the only thing, if you like your drinks really sweet, you'll need to add more syrup and that adds calories. I'm probably just not used to it yet, I'd been using Torani and haven't adapted to a bit less sweet. The bottle contains more than the other coffee syrups I've been buying. That's a plus. The only thing I didn't like was, there is no pour spout on the bottle. It just unscrews and you have to use a measuring spoon, buy a spout or just take your chances. The Torani cap fits these though.

The wonderful taste and aroma of Lavender.
This syrup has the unmistakable aroma and flavor of running through a field of lavender. This lavender is not too sweet and I like a couple of teaspoons in a glass of milk …..delicious! I have yet to try it in other drinks but imagine it tastes great in lemonade, soda or even coffee or hot chocolate. All natural ingredients and the flavor, aroma and color of lavender, this comes highly recommended.

Works For My purposes
I make a lot of watermelon margaritas. I buy a whole watermelon, cut it up and store the watermelon chunks in my freezer. When I buy a watermelon that is not very ripe (less sweet than I expect), I add about half a tablespoon of this syrup per margarita to my blender to augment the watermelon flavor. I have not tried to use it as a substitute for real watermelon so I can't comment on its flavor in that situation. However, I have found that if I use a whole tablespoon per margarita, I don't like it as well.
