Razor Sharp, Small Handle
This paring knife is literally razor sharp, I've used many high quality chefs/kitchen knives, and this brand is fantastic! I would purchase this again and give it away as a gift. The handle is full tang, also small for someone with long digits, I'm 6'4 but cab still hold it comfortably.
