Sending out a threatening letter to the customer prior to the unit arriving, probably isn’t the best idea! Explaining all the reasons YOU WON’T cover most any thing that goes wrong might not be the most customer friendly action.. NEWS FLASH FOR HOWARD MILLER! Have you ever tried to make today’s truck drivers hang around while you uncrate and inspect your merchandise? HELLO!
