I add this every morning to a glass of water. non alcohol and it is not bitter. I have liver issues and take milk thistle for my liver.

Look, I am not going to pretend that I know what it really looks like when this supplement works. Lol. I do not know enough to speak to all of this. Here is what I think I know for sure. Recently, my appetite has been coming back. then, I realized that Milk Thistle reportedly helps with digestive issues. One of my auto immune diseases impacts my digestive system. Perhaps Milk Thistle has helped with that to the point of restoring my appetite by addressing my digestion. I have no scientific evidence to prove any of this. All I can tell you is what I experienced. My situation may be unique, especially since some have argued that Milk Thistle served as an appetite suppressant for them. I have no idea. I am able to add it to mu drinking water daily. I was diagnosed with fatty liver, but taking this supplement helped me overcome it. My doctor told me that I am fine now.

The tincture is easy to use, has no taste, IF used in something else, and does help to regulate my blood sugar.

I have 2 small elderly doxie pups who have had some health issues. The vet recommended 2 drops once a day in their moist food to help. My pups have improved so this will be a part of their care needs every day. I don't know if they like the taste or not as I put it in their food and mix it real well but I can say they have good appetites so there is no issue to report. As it is a liquid, yes - it's easy to swallow.

I took a different product, which is also liquid Milk Thistle. The other product worked marginally. The product's initials is "N.A." I should point out my liver values have always been normal, at least when tested, which has been often...What I feel is swelling of the liver when I drink, or eat a high fatty meal. The swelling shows up as discomfort in the back right rib cage and also in the front part along the right rib cage. This product works much better. I agree with the above comments that you will notice the difference! I have Fatty Liver disease. A diagnosis of drinking too often, and in some cases too much alcohol (wine). Of course, Fatty Liver can affect non-drinkers, too! This product, I wholeheartedly endorse!! You won't be disappointed!!!! EDIT 08/10/20: I did not include how much I was using per serving to make my liver feel normal again. My dosage, per serving is, 6 ml.
