This brown rice green tea is smooth and warms you going down.

I can tell this tea has roasted brown rice in it. However, it is NOT AS GOOD as the original YamaMotoYAMA, which was originally Green Tea with Roasted Brown Rice. Now there is only Green Tea with roasted (white) rice. Absolutely not the SAME! If you like roasted Brown Rice, you will not like this YamaMotoYAMA. GENMAICHA IS Good, Not Great.

My family loves this tea. We used to get it from whole foods in town, but they stopped stocking it for so e reason. So I ordered it on Amazon. Unfortunately the ties were not secured on any of the teabags. You have to redo the tie yourself which is why I did not rate 5 stars. Tea still taste great though.

Being mostly a coffee drinker, I must tell you that this tea almost ... not quite ... reminds me of a good cup of coffee. It has a great taste, and actually is the only tea I drink. It is especially good iced in the hot summer ... or even winter! Highly recommended.

Smooth taste . Great for breakfast and after meal beverage .

At 1st it does have a really strong taste, I did add sugar and now I guess I'm used to it. It mellows me out so well, really helps calm my mind. Love it.

Smooth tasting with honey

I had a very aggressively toasty tasting green tea in a suchi restaurant recently and loved it. The server said this was the type of tea we were drinking. This tea is subtle, not bad but just not that strong almost smokey flavor I enjoyed.

I'm very happy with this tea. It was exactly what I expected - fragrant green tea with the flavour of toasted rice. It tastes like what I get at my favourite sushi place. It's a great pick-me-up in the afternoon at work.As an added bonus, it was discounted when I bought it.

Excellent tea, for me actually this is the only way I can take a gree tea, as it roasted rice give it a special flavour.

This Genmaicha Green Tea with Brown Rice taste fantastic - beautiful aroma when drinking. Great alternative for those who want drink green tea but are not so keen on the taste. I love it! Each individual bag contain 29grams of tea, which is more than the usual green tea bags, which does mean you could leave the tea bag in your cup and top up the hot water water without losing too much taste!Lovely taste, great for drinking throughout the day and only wish they sold more than 16 bags in a box!My only negative (and the 0.5 drop in the rating) is the £1.99 delivery charge. Bit steep for my liking as other sellers offer free delivery.
