About time
My fridge had poor water flow for too long. Girlfriend wanted a new fridge because it was so bad. No regrets buying this. Awesome water flow. Easy to install and saved me from buying a new fridge. Even though the girlfriend doesn’t get the new fridge, she’s happy to have water and ice like it should.

Works perfectly!
We've had this refrigerator for 23 years, and it was slowly leaking water from the inlet valve. Searching online I found I could order a replacement valve for a reasonable price. Installing this only required me to disconnect the water line leading into it, unscrew 2 plastic water lines leading into the fridge, and pull off the electrical prongs. Then plug in the new one, rescrew on the water lines and the inlet line. Wasn't even 5 minutes. Works like a charm!

It took me all of 5 min. The only complaint that I have is that one of the male pins was bent and I had to bend it back but it works perfectly

Perfect Fit for Discontinued Part
Maytag does not make this part anymore...thank goodness I found this part...now my fridge makes ice and dispenses water like it used to when it was new...!!! Less than an hour to install...simple tools needed; 13 mm wrench, Phillips screwdriver...likely saved $200 by doing it myself...YT is a great teacher...!!!
