My Favorite GF Flour
This is my number one go-to gf flour. The texture is silky and it's great for baking or gravy. I trust Bob's and use a lot of the other products that are available. The prices are comparable to other gf flours.

Gluten free kind of sucks but Bob's 1- to- 1 is making it better
I really like to cook and bake so when the GI doc said that I was intolerant and he didn't just mean that I hate stupid people I got very concerned. I have had "stomach" problems for years and going gluten free has made a significant difference in how I feel but can be a real pan in the rear if you enjoy a healthy dose of browns and grays in your diet.I tried multiple flour substitutes but had uncomfortable reactions to many of them and had read many favorable reviews about Bob's 1 to 1. I cant say that I like all of Bob' s gluten free stuff but the 1 to 1 flour and muffin mixes turn out some pretty good stuff. Even my kids like my biscuits when I use this flour. We have also made cookies which we scarfed down too fast to get pictures of.We have plans to make some banana bread which I will post pictures of when done. I haven't tried using it to flour and fry anything but I am sure it would work really well. Maybe there is gravy in my future, maybe not but it's an option. Stay away from this kind of flour if you are going to make pizza dough and with find a good 00 flour substitute.

Superior brand, but gluten-free products tend to be spendy
I love this product and i have great respect for Bob's Red Mill as a brand. Soooo....I wish the world of gluten-free was a cheaper place to visit.

I’m not gluten free, but….
Bought this for a friends girlfriend to make them breakfast while on a trip (she’s “gluten free”). I used the gluten free biscuit recipe from the Bob’s Red Mill website. According to her…it was the best she’d ever had. PS: that recipe makes 2 biscuits…perfect for 1 hypochondriac.

One of best gluten free flours I’ve used
This flour was great for baking. Gave great flavor. Was easy to use. Did not have the same gritty texture that some gluten free flours do. Would highly recommend.
