Update: it’s five months later, and it still works great. No wobble no squeaking! No electrical problem. I use it every other day for 30 minutes straight - high intensity. The resistance levels are good too.I am a bigger person... female aged 43, 6 feet, closer to the 300 lb weight limit than most people ... and this machine is quiet, sturdy, and smooth. I even have it on carpet - no wobble ... even though my mat is on the way from amazon :(Took hubby about four hours to assemble, cause he was super focused and didn’t want to screw up anything ... so he moved in slow motion. Had no problem with electrical, it powered right up after being plugged in... also we saw no switch on it that needed to be flipped on, as the other reviewer questioned. It is quiet, not one sound comes from it. It feels like I’m on a gym quality machine. The resistance levels are great I was so scared because there were no reviews when I purchased, but the other reviewer is right, the other models from this company had great reviews so I took a chance. No regrets . It’s so sturdy, I can’t envision it ever breaking down. It is worth every penny!!!!!!!! I hope they rectify the other reviewers’ electrical problem because it is a beautiful machine, and works great !!!!!

Use instructions need improvement. Not enough details. All modes are countdown. Would be nice to hop on and go and see your progress.Was easy to assemble and is a sturdy machine. Arrived in a timely manner. Pleased with purchase during the first week of use.

Ok so I’ve only had this elliptical 2 days but so far seems really well built and sturdy so far no squeaks, 2 of us put this together, took our time! it is bigger than I thought it was gonna be but great looking machine and HEAVY, perfect stride length with some nice options, no parts missing in fact it was pack so secure it was tough to unpack 😉 hopefully it will stand the test of time, as they say. Also before I actually ordered this machine I emailed the company and they responded within the hour, I was impressed! Please stay accessible for me and other customers, it’s IMPORTANT with an expensive large purchase like this considering your not local and your company doesn’t have a contact # email only. stay tuned for updates.

This elliptical came way sooner than expected. I was hesitant to buy because of the lack of reviews on this model, but checking the other models from this brand made me feel better about buying it. It was really simple to put together. I absolutely love that each step was labeled not only on each of the boxes but also with what bolts/screws to use in individual baggies that were also labeled. I put this together by myself in under 90 minutes.The machine itself is fantastic. I've used it a few times since putting it together and I love that you can personalize the users, create your own workout programs, AND the built in speakers to connect your phone or tablet to. The only con I see so far is the included audio cable to connect your phone is slightly too long. I'd worry about it getting trapped in the arm swings and creating a disaster. But other than that, I am really enjoying it.

If you want a good elliptical, expect to spend $1,000 or more. With COVID-19, this was the only one I could find.Assembly was fairly easy. I see some reviewers have complained about noise but the sound of my breath makes more noise than my machine. Machine is whisper quiet. The instruction manual for the console is vague. The controls on console are plasticy and non-intuitive. The pulse reader is highly inaccurate. The user settings say they are in inches and pounds, but I believe they are really in cm and kg. The largest weight you can enter is 150LBs?? The shortest height is 90 inches??!! The speed appears to be in KPM and the distance in K. Some of the joint covers broke when I put them on. The joint covers are very cheaply made. ( See pictures.) They do not affect the function of the machine at all. Minus all the wrongs, I knew for $600, it would be disappointing. However, it was the only machine I could find. It does work as an elliptical fairly well so far. It has only been a week though. I would recommend you buy this only if you wanted one and could not find a good one.Update:. After a few weeks of use, it has become quite squeaky. I have changed my original review from 2 stars to 1. Frankly, I do not know why they are allowed to sell this junk on Amazon. I would expect this level of poor function from eBay or Overstock.com - not Amazon!

Instructions were really bad, and you cannot do registration online as their website has issues. I needed some replacement screws and they came promptly.Overall, I use it daily and I get a great workout, but it squeaks like a son of a bitch. I need to get out the WD40 to see if that helps.

I'm pretty happy with this, especially for the price. It seems to be pretty heavy duty and suits my needs well.Some assembly advice though - it has a number of plastic 2 piece parts that are screwed together. Maybe this is obvious to someone who's more experience at putting stuff like this together, but the screw holes on the receiving sections of these plastic pieces aren't tapped. Before you install these pieces, use the provided screws to tap these holes out! It will make assembly much easier.

The media could not be loaded. I'll just make this short and to the point. After using for about a month, the flywheel has developed a horrible SQUEAK. The unit is still usable, but there is no way you will last more than 5 minutes after having to listen to this horrible noise. I would contact the seller but I already dealt with them for approximately a month and a half because the display unit I initially received did not function properly so I had to wait for them to send a replacement. I wish I would have spent a little more for a possibly more sturdy unit. Buyer beware!
