High quality, both parts & service
Works fine, well made. I have been installing industrial equipment for 40+ years. Strong recommend. I use them in unheated concrete warehouses for assembly or shipping stations. Warms workers and tools then eventually the air as Infrared emanates from objects. Cheaper and directed heat.

Sent an already broken item.
Came in a damaged box. The bulb was broken already and the housing was bent. Additionally, the box still had the delivery labels from the last time it was sent out in November 2021. Those old labels say “received in damaged condition”.

Missing Hardware and Damage
Hardware bag was not in package. Main body was damaged. Will have to make it work...like other comments, package was not in "from the manufacturer" condition. The box staples, while present, were not holding and the box was poorly taped.

Service incroyable du fabricant
Nous avons acheté ce système de chauffage pour notre gazebo et il fonctionne parfaitement. Il procure un très bon rendement! Le but de notre commentaire est pour mentionner le service incroyable de cette compagnie (TPI). Quand nous avons reçu le produit, le tube de quartz était brisé malgré le fait qu’il était parfaitement emballé. Même si le délai de retour de Amazon était expiré, le fournisseur a accepté de nous retourner un tube de remplacement sans frais et dans un court délai. Le tube reçu était parfait et emballé parfaitement. Nous sommes 100% satisfait et recommandons ce produit.
