Don't buy this
This has the consistency of glue. You absolutely have to wash your hands after you use it or it leaves a sticky residue that actually forms sticky webs between your finders. Why buy hand sanitizer that you have to wash off? The stickiness does not go away until you wash it off. Don't waste your money. Soap would be a much better alternative. Product is non-returnable.

Not as described
I especially liked that it was made in US and "no sticky residue". I tried one squirt and had to wash my hands immediately. So sticky. Ugh. When I went online to return, up popped an Amazon "not eligible for return" notification because it contains a flammable liquid (alcohol). Was this warning in the product description? Not that I saw....

Great product inside, bad pump outside.
Why does this product state it is "FDA Approved" when the FDA states to watch out for "Products that are fraudulently marketed as “FDA-approved” since there are no hand sanitizers approved by FDA."This stuff seems to work okay, has a nice alcohol smell and evaporates rapidly due to the alcohol. But the pump is very wasteful. If I wanted to slather my whole arm with one pump action this thing would be great. But for just the hand it sure pumps out a lot with just one push. It's advertised as "Hand Sanitizer", but to me it's "Arm Sanitizer". I'm going to have a lot of customers pumping this thing, so each and every person will be getting an armful of this stuff.I'm thinking of gluing in some epoxy in the hole to slow the output of the liquid gel. One star down for the "hand" pump, but other than that it seems to be a great product.

1/4 pump is enough
First, I'll say that this product doesn't leave much of a scent on your hands after drying, and it dries fairly quickly *if* you don't use a full pump of product. It's not really a "gel" as the product title suggest, but it's a little thicker and "slimier" than most other hand sanitizers out there, but it's fine once it has dried. If you use a full pump, which is way too much, your hands will be drenched, and it will take a few seconds longer of rubbing your hands together before your hands are dry; plus, you'll go through the product faster. I suggest you barely press the pump down, which will get you just enough.Overall, a pretty good product.

Soft clean hands without a strong odor
I ordered this product for our home bathrooms and didn’t see all the negative reviews until it had shipped. That being said, I haven’t experienced any of the gummy texture. Actually the opposite. It’s been smoothing and softens hands. I do see the issue if you extend the pump all the way out for kids. My five year old had enough in one pump to bathe in. Lol. That is easily fixed with tightening the pump or explaining to just tap it. I verified made in the US and the alcohol percentage is CDC and my nurse sister approved. Plus the smell is fine. Not a strong or bad smell. I don’t even notice it. Win win. I do recommend these.

Don't purchase this.
I bought this for my diaper changing table, so I'd have something quick and easy to use before I can get to a sink to wash my hands. It is SO thick, really sticky, leaving a disgusting residue on your hands. Rub together your hands too long, since it takes forever to dissipate, and you'll end up with little balls of the dried up, goopy product, all over your hands. Oh and too much comes out in half a pump... you most DEFINITELY have to wash your hands after using. I'm sure it sanitizes decently enough, but I do NOT recommend buying this product. You can't even return it. 🙃

Good Stuff
We got the 8-pack, which ends up being about $5 per 16-oz. bottle, so not a bad deal. It's a little more liquidy than a gel, but it dries quickly on the hands. It has a strong odor when you first apply it but the odor dissipates in seconds as the sanitizer dries; then there is no odor at all. With 75% alcohol, this should be effective against COVID. Just don't inject it, Stable Genius's suggestions notwithstanding!
