Reliable and easy to use
Easy to use. I had a jam due to hitting some thick floor leveler and it was easy to clear. The hammer is heavy duty and helpful. I'm very pleased.

Best nail gun for the money.
I bought this way earlier than I need, but I didn't plan on my contractor quitting and costing me $30,000- and 15-month delay to hire another contractor. Finally got around to using it and it is wonderful. Just follow the instructions and keep the gun clean and add 2 drops of oil at the beginning of each day that you use it and it will work perfectly.

Best nailer out there
We finally updated our old bostitch flooring nailer with a new one. The old one still worked fine, but we occasionally need a second one on the job. The new model is so much better. I guess that is to be expected that technology makes improvement in the last 15 years. The new one requires very little force to actuate the firing of the staple. It is almost just raise the hammer and let the weight of the hammer engage it, compared to the old model which took some swing with a bit more force. The included hammer is versatile and functional. It has the softer side to engage the nailer and the wedge shaped hard side to tighten the wood. The wedge shape makes it much easier to tighten the wood without damaging the top edge of the wood. A regular flat faced hammer has a tendancy to ding the top surface of the wood that doesn't always come out when sanding. This new model is a little lighter than the old model as well. It comes with two plates so you can use it with 3/4 inch wood or thinner wood. And each plate adjusts, so it can just about install any thickness of wood down to about 3/8. Our last Bostitch hardwood gun is still going strong after many years of use, and we expect this one to do the same.

Great tool, makes flooring so much easier to do.
Make sure to run your compressor near the top pressure ...I ran mine at 125 psi. If you set the pressure too low, then occasionally it might not drive a staple fully home. Typically, when the driving point corresponds to a floor joist.

Staples bind in chute
If you load more than one clip of Bostich 15 gauge staples the machine will cut and jam a partial staple. The spring is not strong enough to force more than one clip into position. One clip at a time works fine.

Most Reliable Nailer Ever
I own a lot of different kinds of nail guns, but this one beats them all in terms of doing what it supposed to do repeatedly without fail. I've put over 3000 nails through it so far and not once has it ever jammed. You can get an occasional under-fired nail if you fail to hit the trigger knob hard enough though, this is really designed to require a respectable whack to properly fire the nail. The hammer impact is part of the overall mechanical process and insures there is no gap between boards. It is impressive that they have designed a trigger mechanism so rugged that it can take such repeated beatings without ever breaking. You can only nail up to about 12" away from the wall though before you run out of room, then it's back to the painful and inferior process of using brad nails. Once you use this you can never go back to any other method of nailing floors. If you are sitting on the fence wondering if this tool is worth it, trust me... it is worth it!

I’m 24 Years in business and I have few things to say, The staple gun works perfectly just couple things I don’t like this model is to heavy and piston shaft is to long, otherwise it a perfect tool⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I laid down like 1200 with a manual nailer, should have gotten this the first time around.. works well, a bit big and hard to get it into tight spots, but drives the nails home with one blow every time. It isnt clear if you get the mallet or not, but you do.

This nailer comes with a rubber floor nailer Mallet. Would have been nice to know seeing I purchased one separately.
