Happy recipient
Gave it as a gift for making 2 eggs in the morning as opposed to having to use a large skillet. I was told it was their favorite gift!

Great little egg pan
I love that it sits perfectly on my stove without wanting to tip. My other mini egg pan had to be adjusted on the burner so as to be balanced. This pan cleans up well. I’m happy with my purchase

Small light perfect for one egg
Working great. Nonstick, I love the size and lightness.

Very good, with a few minor flaws
This is a very nice pan for cooking a single fried egg. The non-stick surface works even better than my other GreenPan frying pan, and my eggs cook very nicely. When its bottom side is done, I can shake the pan and it slides around a bit. I don't even need to use cooking oil.But I have a few quibbles. First of all, the sides of the pan are so steep that it's hard to get my spatula under the fried egg to flip it over. My spatula is very flexible, but not quite flexible enough. Second, GreenPan doesn't make a lid for it, so I need to flip the egg to finish cooking. If I turn the heat up, the bottom will start to burn before the top is ready. A lid would help keep the heat inside. The kicker is that 5-inch lids are very hard to find. And third, it's just a bit smaller than I would like. I like to put my fried egg on a piece of toast from my bread machine, and these fried eggs are much smaller than the slice of bread. All that said, I'm very impressed with the non-stick quality of the surface.

Perfect for one egg and does not stick
Perfect for frying a single egg. Follow instructions for Green Pan use and they work as advertised. About 90 seconds empty on warm burner, then add a little butter or oil....no SPRAY non-stick garbage.Add egg (have only tried one so far as I have a 7" pan for 2 eggs) and a teeny bit of water dripped around the edge. I like mine over medium and have flipped with decent success...a bit of butter/water ended up on countertop but egg landed perfectly in pan center. Have also used a SMALL silicon turner and it worked pretty well. No broken yokes yet.Egg for egg sandwich, plop onto hash browns or hash, or make eggs Benedict. I am still searching for a small enough lid but have a larger one that works OK and does not touch the burner. Also, sits nice and flat on a solid burner and no threat of tipping off.

GreenPan MINI HEALTHY CERAMIC NONSTICK PERFORMS WELL
Thanks to real fast delivery, I was able to test this ceramic mini fry pan today on an omelette with cooked chicken breast in small cuts. I poured the eggs over an oven-baked potato cut in small pieces and it blended very well. The no-stick pan was easy to wash and the potato did not leave a mess behind either. One thing, I have been using low to medium heat even at the beginning of using any pot. It saves the pot from excessive wear or damage and protects me from getting metals on my food. While the latter can be beneficial in certain quantities and to needed individuals, too much can be bad for one's health. I love this new mini-skillet... it cooks fast at low heat and washes well. I did follow the oiling instructions, though.PS. Now that I have been using this mini skillet for a while and it is still brand new and nothing sticks to it, I can attest to nothing sticking to it; however, I place a round iron separator on the glass stove; turn in medium heat; add a spoon of water and 1/2 of olive oil. When the skillet is hot, I drop the eggs one by one (up to four regular ones) and place a glass lid to check on it. As to my potato omelettes, the same. Not once has anything I cook on it stick. I just poured a brand macaroni mix with one spoon of water and 1/2 of olive oil, stirring with tongs, and it cooked it perfectly. I removed the lid at the end to reduce the sauce it created. Reluctantly, I will have to buy another brand's 8" ceramic aqua skillet to be able to cook larger portions though the 5" can yield a little-large omelette. I checked Amazon and the internet but GreenPan does not have this size in aqua. Great product!

Far from what I expected. Very disappointed
I loved this product once. When it arrived it was everything I hoped it would be. I used a variety of non-metallic utensils and cleaners nothing but soap and soft sponges within weeks it became so scratched that it was unusable. I have since had to throw the pan away because it no longer did what it was supposed to do. It was supposed to be non-stick it was supposed to last so long provided you didn't use any metal on it. We were even so careful that we watched it separately from other pots pans and dishes. I have read other glowing reviews which is one of her things that made me buy this particular product. At this point I'm out of money and out of a pan. I'm writing this review cuz I don't know what else to do. Amazon customer service basically where people working in an Indian call center who knew nothing and we're not comfortable. I would I would request to replacement item but previous requests from previous vendors have gone unheard or unresponded to. I paid shipping to Brazil and the Brazilian import tax. Very disappointed and what a waste. Many years ago I had green pant which lasted years.

Good quality - Too small
It is a nice pan for making 1 egg but it is too small to do anything else. My biggest issue with purchasing online is many items wind up being smaller than they look in pictures. I would love this pan to be twice as big as I think it is a good quality pan.
