I do find that it does make you thirsty throughout the day so I don’t typically take it three times a day unless I know it’s a day that I can really up my water intake so sometimes I’ll just take it two times a day or if it’s a really busy day and I forget I try to at least just take it in the morning and it still works fine for me it of course works better if you take it three times a day but for me, it’s just a maintenance thing so I’m OK with the two time or one time a day results. I hope that’s OK. It taste wise for me. It’s not the best tasting thing, but it’s also not unbearable. Given the fact that it actually does show results for me. It tastes like I added a bit too much soy sauce, but has a slightly floral/smoky flavor which makes sense considering the floral ingredients in the product. It’s never given me any stomach problems, and I’ve noticed some drainage. I’d say it’s pretty effective for long term, if you don’t continue with it, you won’t see much effects. I also feel like my complexion has brightened a bit and I take 2-3 drops a day.
