It was fairly simple to install the phone into the case, appears to provide adequate protection including the screen cover which is what we were looking for. I do not know how long the "kick-stand" will last since it does appear to be a bit on the weak side, but time will tell.We purchased 2 of the same type cases from this seller, one for my phone (black) and one for my wife (this purple one). Nice looking, clean lines and feels good in the hand.Only downside noted was on the other one we ordered (the black one) -- there appears to have been some kind of residue under the protective film for the fingerprint reader that was not seen till after assembly. The fingerprint reader will not work on that phone. This one is fine. I do not yet know if the seller will provide a remedy for the other case as yet.

Good case. I had it for my previous S8+. Functional, kickstand, good protection, built in screen protector (scratches only, will not prevent cracked screen if dropped hard enough). S20+ fingerprint is on screen (on S8+ was by camera) so I haven't been able to get it to work (not saying it can't but I haven't spent time to figure out yet). Overall good so far.

So I bought this, and it protected my Galaxy S20 plus very well. I used the fingerprint reader after it was installed and it worked flawlessly...up until the point where I had to take off the screen protector, after I dropped my phone in the sand at the beach. After cleaning and brushing out sand grains from the phone and the case, I reinstalled the flimsy film like screen protector. It no longer had the same fingerprint reading accuracy, because the fingerprint spot on the flimsy film had an adhesive on it, which deforms after being pulled off! I mean c'mon, couldn't they use tempered glass and/or a hole cut out for that area? Or simply do away with the adhesive coating? Durability of the kickstand goes bad after a while. This case has turned into my emergency case now. Otherwise, it's great on protection, and has the coolest kickstand out of all the cases that I've purchased.

Likes:+ durability (not matter how many drops the phones' screen (the actual glass) has no cracks or scratches) the case the damage & not the actual phone itself+ fingerprint reader works "perfectly" (I put in quotes b/c it's more sensitive w/o the screen protector), but even w/ the case built in screen protector, when applied/put on correctly on the phone screen, it works perfectly even after several drops+ color doesn't fade (even after a year of use & exposure to direct sunlight on the car being attached to a holder in front of car for GPS (u get the picture))+ is certainly sturdy [the stand on the back doesn't easily break after several times pulling it out to us as a stand for the phone vertically & horizontally]Dislikes:- none so far.Background:I purchased this case for my dad (has a Samsung S20 plus) & he's dropped his phone plenty of times on concrete ground (w/ no rocks or debris directly hitting the screen), exiting from the car, tosses it on the table, slips out of his hand, is pocketed a lot at work & this case has helped keep his phone in one piece w/o any scratch. The fingerprint reader sensor works just as fine as w/o the screen protector that is part of the case. Again, this may not be the case for other ppl depending on how they've dropped their phone, usage, & how they applied the case prior to using it.I'm posting this review after nearly a years use of this case w/ my dads' opinion included.Hope this helps u b4 buying this case.Sorry it's so long, but hey gotta be wise w/ spending money. Time is money.

This case looks and feels great. Feels really sturdy, everything looks very nice. I want to love this case but my fingerprint scanner no longer works through the built in screen protector. Not even sometimes. And thats a deal breaker. I destroyed the packaging already so ill hang on to it for a spare. Whats funny is that the built in screen protector even has a circle area that goes over the scanner thats not the same as the rest of the protector, still no good.

What is the meaning of this? How could you mess up this badly? Is that a return label you stuck on the box, overtop the original label detailing the condition as "New"? Clearly, by the pictures showing everything I reviewed in the mail, this is not a new product.The boys on CSI could probably pick up the massive, greasy fingerprint stuck all over the fingerprint reader, and identify this case's previous owner who clearly bought it, removed all the protective film, used it, scratched up the screen, ruined the fingerprint area, and returned it.I've bought phone cases from this brand before. Usually it's no problem. They normally send a clean, ready-to-use product, with protective film on all the surfaces that will be in contact with your phone. Even a special adhesive spot for the fingerprint reader, also protected by a plastic film.In this instance you scammed me by sending me someone else's returned garbage, when I tried to buy a new case for my phone.This review will be edited if they figure out how to send me an actually usable product to rectify this situation.

I have used their product before on my galaxy 9+ and I was very happy with warranty service and case so I decided to order one for my new phone which is S20 plus. The package came very quickly and was packaged properly. The case is built perfectly to fit the phone. I am able to grip it well from both sides and top where I know it will not slip out of my hand. The case comes with directions and a video you can watch via QR code so you know how to put on the case properly. The case comes with a screen protector and I really like that. I’m still able to use my finger print scanner to unlock my phone. I was able to recharge my phone via wireless charger with the case on. If you have butter finger, I highly recommend this because it’s easy to grip and will protect your phone.

Its actually good.. never read instructions to start with so couldn't get tge phone in.. when I looked again in the packaging I found the instructions.. its good

I initally didn't like it at all and like others have mentioned the fingerprint recognition is a bit iffy. After using it for a couple days it got much better though and I've grown to quite like it. The circle bugs me though but it does fit the frame of the phone well and the buttons all line up which sadly is not always the case when you're buying cases online.

2nd phone I've had and used this company for a case and it's been great for both phones, the Fingerprint works perfectly if you apply the case before setting a fingerprint or redo your prints after you apply the case. really love the stand built into the back of the case comes in really handy. Also, the NFC (contactless paying like google pay or apple pay stuff like that ) WORKS though this case no problem. can't vouch for face recognition as I don't use it myself but both front and back cameras work without any of the cases blocking their views

Decent case but I can't find replacement screens

Sturdy design and feels well made. The flip out rest stand is very firm. The only disappointment is the fingerprint recognition only worked for a day and then no matter what I do it does not work. I've resorted in taking the case off and looking for an alternative product.
