So far the acoustic tubes are working fine but the earmolds are uncomfortable. So much so that I had to stop using them and order other ones from elsewhere. I've used variations of this product for a number of years so I know how they fit and are supposed to feel. The plastic of these earmolds is not very soft and the top part that hooks inside the earlobe causes discomfort. Enough that I removed it after several minutes of use. I even gave it another shot and tried again another day but alas, they were just too uncomfortable and I have stopped using them.

I recently wore the fitted ear piece (not the mushroom earbud) 15 hours a day for 4 straight days. Most of the time I forgot that I was wearing it. Wearing this ear piece did not bother me at all. The sound quality is great as well. Short of a custom-made ear piece, these inserts are the answer.

Ordered as a replacement for the ear piece that came with our Kenwood radios for our church security team. These are a vast improvement letting you hear the radio and everything going on around you.
