don’t buy

It quite simply does not work with my laptop, probably because the AC adapter is dodgy and cheap. i know all the specifications are right. their troubleshooting manual is basically just “unplug it then plug it back in again”. it works for 5 seconds then my laptop doesn’t recognise it anymore. I will be seeking a refund immediately.
