I’m not sure how this has such poor reviews. I have used these 1 oz detox’s for 13+ years now with on the spot randoms. Started using them when I was age 21 (when a friend of mine who was on probation and recommended them to me) I have a cdl and take dot test. I want to be clear this is not like any other detox drink. I am now 34 ( 6ft, 200 lb) and still smoke daily (dabs mainly). With this test I drink the bottle as soon as I know I’m being tested which means my safety man has informed me we are going for a test. The safety man then never leaves your sight. *this bottle is so small I carry it in my pocket daily. When the safety man looks anyway for any amount of time I have this thing drank. You have now entered the 45 min time frame it take for the heaven sent magic to happen. I drink one bottle of water and when I get into the clinic I pee in the cup. I’ve done this for years. I have also had to urine very badly before and have peed one extra time before the test, but that’s it. IMPORTANT NOTES: do not drink excess amounts of water like other test, I’ve had friends who failed or got dilute test results. Do Not pee multiple times before your test. I can not tell you how big the window is for this detox is but I can tell you after 3 pees after drinking I would recommend it useless. I make $43 and hr and never sweat it with Omni cleanse 1oz heaven sent detox. For the record I’ve only ever used the red bottle

I had used the Single capsules in the past and they work every time. This time I used the small bottle of liquid… I will admit that I used two of them just to be sure but, it works. Had to take a DOT physical to which you have to get naked so yeah… No way to do it any other way and it works… Follow the directions and you will be fine… I may add that abstained for six days prior and a heavy smoker. I done a self test from Walgreens one hour after I left the clinic and tested hot so the time window is important. This would be my fifth success with Omni. I had a lot riding on this one though. It’s the only one I could recommend with a clear conscience ….

I'm a moderate smoker, primarily in the evenings to manage my chronic PTSD and IBS (Gulf War Disabled Veteran). The last puff was the day before I received the two small bottles (Saturday). Yesterday (Sunday around noon) I took a home test which of course I failed by testing positive. Then, drank both bottles within a space of two hours and two liters of water throughout the day. This morning I had a liter of water, urinated twice, and took the home test. Surprisingly, I tested negative. Granted, the second line was much lighter than the first line, but it's still a negative reading. The only reason I hadn't rated it with 5 stars is due to my natural skepticism. I have my test in the coming days and if the test results are negative I'll update my rating. TASTE: Not nearly as unpleasant as others described, but it won't win any taste awards. Perhaps, they're just hypersensitive or have a flair for hyperbole. SIDE EFFECTS: None that were noticeable. No cramping, watery stools, or anything else.
