Chair was nice & easy to assemble but for a 5'4" person the neck & shoulders do not get massaged. I have to sit on a couple of pillows. Can't reach the massage pads in upper back shoulder & arms while in laid back position at all. Feet massage is good only if I sit up. Can't reach the pads in a laid back position. But its perfect for my husband & son.

I’m not using it, but my wife is. She said she enjoys using it everyday. After a hard day’s work she relaxes in this massage chair. It was also recommended to her by a friend in Arizona who also purchase the same massage chair. Reasonable price and affordable!! She loves it, as she always tell me !!

I got the chair so that I could get some pain relief for me and my wife as we're both not young anymore but the chairs are hard at times if you can feel it but otherwise the chair Works fairly well so I'm pleased with the purchase

My wife and I love this massage chair. This has all the bells and whistles comparable to much more expensive products in the market . We have had it for about 3weeks now and are extremely pleased with it. Will come back for additional reviews in a few weeks. Highly recommend it.

Shoulder air bag broke of and the rolls squeeze when rolling. The kneading massage doesn’t my head and neck.I am 47 yrs old weight 210 lobe and 5’4 I only had the chair for 8 months

arm rest fell off after 3 days! back rest frame broke at the welds after 4 months. seller wouldn't help me i lost 856.00 ..

My entire family liked it and thoroughly enjoying every day, when we go to shopping malls just for 5 minutes spend $5, chair is in your hall and after workout or tiring day just sit and enjoy..)
