you get both night sky and day light, looks good at night when you turn the light on perfect

The light quality is very good and you can see the constellations and the world disappears.It’s nice and sturdy not easily knocked over.It is educational and it is value for money.

My previous Exerz globe - antique style - provides useful extra illumination for the desk - very cheerful on gloomy autumn days - as well as being a beautiful object. This one doesn't really work as an extra light, because of the night sky effect (the light really only shines through the dots and lines representing the constellations). But it's still interesting and informative, and just as well made and classy looking especially for the price. Your opinion will vary depending exactly why you want the globe. I'm still glad to own it.
