Great product easy to install worksperfect

I switched from phone to lan connection. It’s a lot more useful to use the online feature or app to arm and disarm. I have zero complaints for what it offers. It’s much better than paying loads of money to other services. The upgrade service is well worth it.

Appears to be a well made board with good setup diagnostics. When connected to my Vista 20p it actually works in terms of showing zone status on their portal as well as locally on the board's built in HTTPD server.However I need to use their API for my home control project which is why I purchased it in the first place. Their API which they name TPI just didn't work for me (TCP connection refused) and other issues. When I contacted tech support I was told that a third party manufacturers the actual board and they don't provide end-user support. So, I was left out in the cold. Had to abandon the board and went with another solution.

Excellent option to monitor the alarm system in your home. Easy to use and install

Seems like a great product. It was easy to install and register. The app seems pretty good. Unfortunately, I learned that it doesn't work for my DSC NEO system. I wish it did. Just make sure before you order it.

We've been using this for a couple months now, without any problems.
