Feel Better than the Original, Far Better than Krone. Noise Cancelling is Reduced
Unfortunately one of the pads which came with my WH-H900N ripped open after a few years of light use at the office. I looked to Sony for replacement pads and was directed to a 3rd party parts vender who did not have them in stock, and if they did they would cost as much to replace as the headphones themselves ($60 each!?). So I first got the Krone pads as they were the most reviewed, but they were awful. Avoid them at all costs. They were 1/4" thinner than the original pads, were made of stiff material, and had really cheap feeling foam. These pads feel far more like the original and seem to be made with an even softer protein leather. The density of the foam seems less than the original as well, which leads to other problems. These change the sound and leak far more than the original pads. I would say Noise Cancelling features sound about 30% less effective at blocking sound with these. I think the lighter materials account for that. It's too bad I couldn't get a better price on replacement pads, but these are a decent alternative.

Look nice, but didn't last long
They look nice and are comfy for a few weeks. After that the foam goes bad and the headsets become uncomfortable to wear. $20 gone to waste. :-(

Significantly reduces noise cancellation capability of headphones.
I purchased this to replace the ear muff that came with the headphones, since Sony incredibly doesn't offer replacements. They are a bit more stiff than the standard ear muffs, but I don't consider that an issue. However, having only replaced one of the ear muffs, I learned immediately that they allow a substantially greater amount of sound in than the standard ear muffs. The difference is comparable to passive noise cancellation vs active noise cancellation. I can hear very little through the stock ear muff, but can hear most sounds (albeit quieter) through the right ear muff, which is the one I replaced with this product.I haven't been on a plane since getting these, but I don't think it would be sufficient anymore. If you are just looking to be able to use your headphones again, I'd recommend this. However, if noise cancellation is what you need, I cannot recommend these.

Good for extending life of your headphones
These pads are a great option for extending the life of your headphones. Sony makes it harder to get spare parts than just hopping on Amazon. Got these within a day and replaced them within 5 mins and I was on my way. They are not as plush as the OEM ear pads but they do the job. They also seem slightly smaller ear cups. I don't remember how my oem pads were new, so maybe they stretched after two years of use. Either way, I still get a good 2 weeks of battery life on my headphones so I'm definitely not ready to give these up!

New life for headphones with flakey earpads.
They feel a bit lighter than the original cups, and the foam is squishier, but the snaps all line up and the color contrast (got grey cups for black headphones) looks good. Overall lost a star because the tool to remove the old cups immediately snapped (but a flat screwdriver worked just fine); as well as the overall fit being sliiiiiightly less comfortable than the originals, but I’m pretty sure I will get used to them quickly.

Same item from same seller from 2018 lasted over three years, these didn't make it 3 weeks
I use my earphones for about 3-4 hours every other evening. The first replacement pair I purchased lsted over three years, this latest pair I installed three weeks ago and didn't start using for more than an hour at a time until last week and within a few days started to come apart at the glue seam. The material is still in good condition other than the seams pulled apart. value for the money would have been 5 stars if they hadn't pulled apart.

Easy to install but no instruction. Tool was easily broken
The product seems like the original one. I just installed it so let's see how it lasts. Will update this review. There is no instruction in the box so I had to search and found one on their website . After viewing the instruction image, it was easy to remove the ear pad but the tool was broken off . However, I was able to remove and install new one.

sony Wh-h900n pad replacement
They feel just right on the ears and fit perfectly back on. When trying to get the old earpads off the prying tool broke and had to use a nail filler to finish the prying. The pads themselves are great. Dont waste your money paying for the offical earpads from sony. Any replacement pads i need i will order from Geekria.Edit: they changed the prying tool to like a guitar pick and it works great. It goes right under and unlodges the pad with ease. It didn't break at all.

Not great noise-cancelling properties
These were brought to replace the worn out original ear pads that came with the Sony headphones (Sony don’t provide replacements any longer)Fitting was very easy although the small tool provided to remove the old pads snapped immediately (although I did still managed to remove them with it). The comfort is excellent and possibly even better than the original Sony ones. The main downfall with these ear pads is the sound cancelling quality and as this is the primary reason I use the headphones I was disappointed to find that they don’t block out anywhere near as much noise as the original Sony ones. The sound quality is ok and I’d say almost as good as the originals. The pads were purchased as a cheap quick-fix to avoid buying another set of headphones but they really aren’t up to the job and I will be investing in a new pair of headphones that actually cancel noise effectively.I did notice that the foam inside these pads seems a lot softer than the original Sony ones and they don’t seem to fit as snuggly around the ear either. Although this makes them comfortable it seems to be the foam that is responsible for the substandard noise cancelling quality that the Sony ones had.A shame really as these had the potential to offer a great solution to the problem.

SMALL
Looks similar to original but its smaller. The ear opening is smaller. The inner wall of ear pad is thinner, less pliable and has less space for the ear.The smaller depth of the pad changes the sound. It sounds more closed in and darker.Does not seal around the ear like the original pad because of the smaller opening.Because of the imperfect seal noise cancelling is less effective and its not super strong to begin with. The mesh between the headphone driver and the earpad is less acoustically transparent and the headphone sounds a dB or more quieter. These difference are very obvious since I only needed to change one earpad

Do not buy if you care about how your headphones will sound after!
The sizes are completely uneven with one earpad much bigger than the other one. And completely changes the sound as the mesh fabric on the inside is way cheaper quality and looser than the original one. Maybe I had a defect one but my Sony MDR-100 ABN headphones sound had nearly no bass effect with Geekria. Because they are not the correct fit, the sound cancelling feature didn't work as I guess the earpads need more pad couch volume to seal your ears a bit more. Returned on the same very day I received them.

A more than decent replacement!
The pads are easy to replace. My originals ones split in the cup and unfortunately Sony no longer supply the originals. These replacement are decent, very easy to fit. Note two foibles. One is the colour; as you can see on the photo the colour is closer to a grey blue than grey of the originals. Two the sound is not quite as good as good as the originals, the pads are a little softer than the original so I assume that's why a bit more external noise creep through. That being said, happy to give these five stars as they work well.

Good cheap replacement for originals
Very good, cheap, replacement for the original ear pads, and very easy to swap out! Perhaps a very slightly different shape to the original (hard to tell since my old ones are very beaten up now), but feel equally as comfortable to me, and contrary to what some reviewers have said, they sound identical to me.Make sure you check which colour grey your headphones are though. I accidentally ordered the pale grey/blue one, which doesn't match my headphones (although it looks pretty good anyway).
