Easy to make and extremely tasty. My family loves Roti Canai at Malaysian restaurant and this easily replaced the flavor. Will purchase again. Highly recommended.

I made this for Thanksgiving, 4 people. Never made it before, but I saw it on Flo Lum's YouTube video and it looked delicious. It was! I would give it 10 stars if I could. The only problem was, the package holds a lot of paste and if you don't like a lot of heat you only need to use half of it for about a Dutch oven size pot, and if you don't make this dish or similar dishes often, there is waste.

Possibly the best curry paste with the right amount of spice level and taste, in my personal opinion. Shipping was fast and best by date is 2027.

This was super easy to make, although I did have to go online to find a method for making this because the instructions on the back of the package seemed a little off to me. I found a great recipe for using this in a Malaysian food forum, here's what I did; 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over low heat, add entire packet of curry paste plus one chopped small onion, fry for three minutes or till onion looks a little limp. 2. Add 3.5lbs of chopped boneless chicken. Fry for about five minutes, stirring the curry/onion mix over the chicken. 3. Add three cups of large diced potatoes (I used a small bag of baby yukon golds), give it a stir and then add 2 cups water and one can of coconut milk (be sure to shake vigorously BEFORE opening, if you forget to do that!? Just kidding, I did, dump it in a bowl and mix with a fork till smooth then dump it into the pan). 4. Heat to a low boil, turn heat to simmer and let cook for 30 minutes (or until the potatoes are done) 5. Serve with rice, noodles, roti, couscous or whatever you like. I meant to get a picture of the curry with steamed rice and the spinach I stirred in at the last minute (totally optional, it just looked like it needed a veg) but everyone ate so fast and there wasn't anything left but a dirty kitchen! So in the end, I did take a pic right after I added the coconut milk.

A very nice dish for those nights when I really don't want to go way out for take out curry or cook from scratch. Nice flavor, not the best I've had but very descent.

This is soo good! Taste just like the one i would eat when i lived in Singapore. It was $2 a pack there though so the price is expensive. We eat it with chicken and potatoes and dip French bread in it!! And my kids love this even my 3 year old. He holds a glass of milk to drink after every bite because it’s a little spicy for hm but the flavor is amazing. Also if it’s too spicy add more coconut milk.

I have been looking for good Malaysian style curry mixes, and I have tried many different mixes from different companies over several years. This mix a great mix. It is very easy to prepare, and the taste is very authentic. I lived in Malaysia for 5 years, and this mix brought me right back to Malaysia eating some great Malaysian style curry dishes! In short, it is by far the best mix I have found to date!!
