Shipping condition was awful, great product though
The product itself is great, but every package I've received so far has been damaged and opened to some degree. They don't ship the package itself inside another box (I'm assuming to save postage) so the package gets beat up during the shipping process. It makes me wonder if any of the swabs inside the package fall out or are still sterile. I'm unable to get a replacement product despite the damage. I won't be buying them again.

Contains EO even though it doesn't say so.
I just bought these and specifically because it didn't say it had EO but it does and now I can't return it. $40 wasted!
