lots of detail. side boards and logs
nice addition to my N-Scale track. You have to be careful in assembly of the tiny boards on the side of the car. I found needle-nosed plyers work to hold them and connect them to the car.

Good detail and color.
The holes to attach the side poles were undersized. Luckily I had a pin vise and was able to open the holes just enough that the side poles were able to be inserted and glued in place. Because of that I only gave 4 stars.

you'll need super glue for this item
when finished it looks great BUT (1) those little brown vertical sticks are hard to put in the side holes. I put a touch of super glue on the end of each stick and put the stick as best I could in the hole. It worked. Handling the little sticks......keep on eye on them while they're laying around. (2) Then it's best to super glue the logs onto the base. If you don't they can fly forward and even off the car. No instructions come with the item. I worked from the online photo. All took a good half hour but fairly worth it.

Nice Log Car
Nice N scale log car. I was surprised by how detailed and realistic the logs look. One thing I didn't notice in the description is that assembly was required. You have to put the upright posts on the car into tiny holes. Luckily, it's new owner was able to use tiny fingers to put them in. We are very happy with this item and I'd recommend it to N scale collectors.

Very nice peiod rolling stock
Great addition to any model RR that is depicting a time in the hayday of RR during the first half of the 1900s when just about everything went by rail. A fair price on a car with good detailing. It rolls smoothly and transitions turnouts and crossovers without any problems.
