Therapeutic Exercises Using the Swiss Ball

Full Body Therapy!
A staff member at my chiropractor's office recommended this book during Back Power classes. She was correct in stating that this was an awesome guide for a full body workout to not only strengthen muscles but to lengthen them as well. What a great find on Amazon since this book is no longer published. The exercises are truly therapeutic and can create and/or improve wellness throughout the body.

Best book I've found for use with the swiss ball
There are hundreds of exercises in this book, everything from beginner to advanced. There is a section with a series of exercises combining the swiss ball and a resistive band; also a section of hand exercises using a small (high-bounce) ball (a very effective tool for exercising the hand). There is something for everyone at any level of fitness in this book. Each exercise is clearly illustrated with a drawing and concise written instructions.

Condition
The condition of the book was less than described as it had writing on the edges and the binding is creased significantly. The corners are bent....definitely would not consider this book to be "like new"

more for a therapist than someone wanting to learn how to use their ball
this gives you the idea of the exercise, but it's really more for a therapist, it doesn't give repetitions, for example. Also not all exercises are for the Swiss ball, some require other sized balls, and some require two Swiss balls, again leading me to believe this was meant for a therapist to assign exercises to a patient.
