Fantastic work out for senior's
This is working great. Been using it for 7 day golfers or tennis elbow is not hurting like it was and the pain in my wrist has not came back. Easy to use and gives you a great arm work without the weights. At 65 my hand strength wasfailing in 7 days I can tell a difference in my hands.

An excellent well built exercise tool.
This is an excellent product. I bought two of them and so far I’ve had no issues. It took a day to develop the sensitivity needed to keep the unit rotating. Once spinning it only takes a little bit more effort to really get it spinning and it becomes one tough cookie to hold on to. Keep in mind this is NOT a perpetual motion machine. If you stop spinning the gyroscopic ball with your finger/wrist/arms it will slow down and stop fairly quickly. It is tricky to get the feel of it however in time you will be doing circle variations, counter circles, figure 8’s, and finger tip rotations. If you hold it with the internal ball upwards it will slow down a lot faster so KEEP THE BALL OPENING DOWN. A common complaint in reviews is that the wind up gyro starter doesn’t work or breaks. Both of mine have worked just fine. I am assuming that most of the people who have had issues with the wind up starter A.) did not read the instruction paper, B.) failed to hold the ball in place when winding it up, and/or C.) excessively over rotated the starter beyond it’s stopping point. I expect a little common sense would go a long way in resolving these issues. I am very happy with the purchase and have convinced several other people to buy one. The unit has a quality build and I highly recommend it.

From long time/former user of NSD Spinners
I've had multiple NSD Spinners including the autostart version as well as heavy metallic variants. I'm currently recovering from an elbow injury and trying to strengthen my forearm to help with the recovery. Here is my take as a former NSD Spinner user (can't find the autostart and lost the starting string for the metal version). Build Quality: Compared to the NSD Spinner, this is noticeably subpar specially with the inner component Noise: This one makes quite a bit of ruckus when you stop rotating it. I don't know if it's due to the component seeming unpolished or this is normal for this particular model. While it's being rotated there is almost no discernible difference between this and the autostart models of NSD Spinner. Smoothness of the metal one was on a different level Felt weight/resistance: It's a nice medium between an autostart and metal version I bought this to start and possibly move up to a different model in the future. I think i will hold up and try to refurbish the metal version of spinner that was left neglected for years EDIT: Starting to get instances where it can't wind up to start the gyro. Sometime it seems to help when you rotate it manually by hand then reversing it to see if there is felt resistance EDIT: This thing was making such a ruckus when it get spun up to a decent pace. I went ahead and bought a NSD Spinner. Oh boy what a difference. Skip this garbage and buy the proper spinner. It's a night and day different in the way it spins as well as the lack of noise with NSD spinner. I think i can actually take it to work and spin it in the office without someone from another office across the hall inquiring about it

Rejuvenates grip.
Wind-up spin is not as 'heavy' nor as 'long lasting' as I envisioned, but that's on me.

This is the best way to strengthen your wrists and forearms
I have used multiple ways to strengthen my forearms and gyro devices like this are the best by far. I got this today and tried it immediately. I could go for only a minute or so because my muscles got tired. I will continue to use it regularly and build my endurance again. I especially like the built in mechanism to start the rotor spinning. I got this started my very first try. With all the previous gyro devices I used it was a pain to get the rotor spinning. This device solved that problem. It is good quality. Sturdy. The rotor spins smoothly. One more thing. if you have not used a gyro device before it will take some practice to get the hang of it. It will be worth it.

Great wrist and arm exercise tool
This is a great tool to use to keep up wrist and forearm exercises. Easy to start and maintain. The build quality if fantastic and should last for years. Highly recommended and even has a storage case.

So far so good (with a couple minor notes
The Bad: 1. In half a week of consistent use the polished mirror metal finish has worn down where skin contact occurred. (pictures for reference) 1.5 It is to be expected when hand oils are introduced however, it makes me sad that it has changed so rapidly (any advice on restoring/polishing would be apprciated) 2. After a week of consistent use the provided wrist strap broke. (At the moment this is an iritation and I am currently waiting on an order of wrist straps from amazon) The Good: 1. I love the heft of the machined steel product and it feels like a good quality item. 2. using the gyro ball is a fun experience and has encouraged me to exercise daily. Overall: 1. This product has encouraged me to keep a daily exercise routine, even for something as small as rotating my wrists. 2. I feel like the product is a quality machined item (steel variant) 3. I am dissapointed that the wrist strap broke so easily. 4. I have not noticed any amazing grip or muscle benefits yet, after another couple of weeks I'll be sure to update the review.

Worth a look!
Love this! Easy to use. Hands, wrists, and forearms feeling stronger already. Used a similar tool 40 years ago to strengthen my tennis game; today it is helping with general strength and health..
