Incredible and super surprised!!
First off I’d like to say I am a licensed hairstylist, and to be honest I wasn’t expecting a whole lot. But boy was I surprised at how great these are!! (Especially for the price) After a recent session of pushing my hair a little too close to it’s limits, my ends were looking a little thin and it was making me slightly self conscious. So after a haircut, a little hair pampering, and these, my hair is looking better then ever. I did have to do some blending, as my hair naturally sits about 3 inches above my bra strap, but it looks great! The only thing I would say though, would be to be kind of mindful of the colors. I saw this one and saw ash blonde, and I was like awesome perfect kind of thing. But the ash blonde on this ombré is about a level 7 ash blonde, so basically darkest blonde ash blonde, and my ends are about a level 9-10 ash blonde balayage effect. The dark matches my root drop perfectly though!! It makes a super cool dramatic balayage type effect, which some love, but not entirely what I was looking for. But luckily for us all, that’s a super easy fix! In my case I just need to re-tone my hair, so a quick trip to the salon supply store. For others, easily as simple, you can take your halo to your stylist where they could easily color match, for the diy/budget friendly, purchase a toner from Sally’s or even amazon for example. Or, just be a little more mindful about the color then I was!! :) But I am super happy with these, far more realistic looking than expected (I did put a little dry shampoo on it to remove a little shine to match my natural texture), super thick for the price, stunning quality, do brush gently though (that’s fairly standard with some synthetic hair pieces), beautiful subtle curl pattern, beautiful color pattern, I would 10/10 recommend these again, I was shocked!! ( I am going to upload a picture eventually when I purchase a toner that better matches the look I am going for).

Not bad, could be better
TLDR; Not bad quality overall and quite secure, but the volume is severely lacking and if you have thick hair, you'll either need 2 or to supplement somehow so it blends well. I have short (between jawline and shoulder length) dark-cherry colored hair. My hair is both thick in volume and strand. It does have some color damage to it as I have bleached and dyed it multiple times, but it isn't in overall horrible shape. Quality: The hair isn't bad quality, but it is quite fine. It certainly feels synthetic but is better than cheap cosplay-style wigs. If I were using this specifically for a costume or cosplay, I don't think I'd mind it as much. It was easy enough to detangle. The shedding was minimal and overall, I'm happy with the quality. Volume: This is where the bulk of the star rating loss comes from for me. For thicker hair, you would need to supplement with either a 2nd wire or another form of extension if you planned to wear it down. It does not blend well if you don't have thin hair, especially if you have thick strands and more volume. I think that if I were to straighten it all and then curl it together for more cohesion it would look better. As someone with natural 2A/2B waves, I try to avoid doing too much heat damage though so this was a con for me. Color: The color match was almost perfect. My hair is currently dyed with a blend of Strawberry Leopard's Lucky Penny (to color correct what was previously blue) and Strawberry Leopard's Beet's Me on top. It is technically "burgundy", but my hair is more vividly dark cherry than a true burgundy. The color match was great. I don't know that I would call it seamless, but it certainly could be passable without being obvious were it not for the volume issue. Security: The wire bead slips but the clips are sewn in well and do add a layer of strength and security to it that prevents it from moving much. I was able to manipulate the hair into different types of updo's without the placement moving which is quite promising.

You can’t beat the quality for this price! I love it
I bought this hair extension halo on a whim and OMG I’m so glad I did! Somehow I got lucky and got a perfect color match with my red. I straightened it and she’s GORGEOUS! I actually just bought a second one to have one curly and one straight because I like it so much. I am going to be wearing this daily. It looks so natural. It is also so easy to use. It takes like 5 minutes to put on and then it’s done and stays in place well. This picture is from a 2 minute install with dirty hair and it still looks good somehow. I’m impressed it looks so good for such a good price.

Good quality but hot to wear
This hair piece actually matched my hair color beautifully! It provided a LOT of volume and length. Truly impressive! The hair was soft and looked and felt real when attached. It tangled like real hair, so it was natural looking. The only downside to this piece is the heat it retained on my neck and lower head. I had to remove it because it dis cause me to sweat!

Easy to customize after purchase
Perfect color match and well worth the price. After my first time wearing, I decided it was too heavy and full for my preference. To customize it, I trimmed half of the lace/hair with scissors and it’s perfect for my use. I also trimmed the length of by about 2-3 inches. Now I’m thinking about purchasing another one that’s straight for variety. FYI: my sister owns a wig store and this is easier and cheaper than what she has to offer.

Not worth the money
Color is gorgeous, it fits and sorts on the head nicely. I’ve used it twice and have been very disappointed. It tangles extremely easily, and is nearly impossible to comb it took me almost an hour to get the tangles out, and now the last inch or so is nothing but frizz. In order to use it again I’m going to have to cut it. My human hair extension has never had these issues. aAnd shedding - I can’t comb or brush it or even run my fingers through it without it losing hair. I have accumulated a ball of hair about the size of a Goodall with the 2 uses.My human hair extension doesn’t shed. I probably wont buy synthetic ever again

ehhhhhh
This extension piece has been something I've had in my Save For Later for like 2 months. I finally broke down and got it. I somehow put 2 in my cart so now I have tow of these things, but will be returning one. If not both.... still deciding. The hair piece itself is actually kind of nice. I got the light brown to blonde ombre one at 14". My natural hair length is JUST army shoulders. The hair is soft, and has a lot of weight to it. It is not rough or weirdly shiny, or super fake looking. It is pretty nice. The little halo wire is .. interesting but generally invisible on the head. I adjusted it with pliers. The little silicon ball that holds the wire in place is sturdy and you really have to squeeze the pliers to get it open. As for the fit, it is was ok. I think I let it out a little too much so the piece didn't lay on my head smoothly, it was a little big feeling, but again I think thats my issue and I will try adjusting it back up a little to see if it helps. The length is ok. I think I need a shorter length, and it might benefit me to cut this down a bit. My hair length is so blunt and straight across that it is ridiculously obvious from the back that my hair is not even close to as long as the extension. See pics. You can clearly see my hair length line. Short hair being straight with these kinds of extensions doesn't usually work generally, so I think if I cut the extension down, and do a slight curl to my naturalizations hair, it won't look as obvious. Ill explain the pics: 1) side profile - you can see in this angle how curling my natural hair would hep blend it into the extension more. It looks nice in general. 2)frontal: Look relatively natural from the front. If really looking in person, you can see my shorter underneath. Putting hair in a ponytail is completely impossible bc my short hair becomes its usually stumpy thing, while the flowing extensions make it look super horrible. It is a little hard to get behind my ears, but I think this was bc I loosened it too much so the band wasn't laying nicely. Generally looks ok from the front though. 3) Back view: So in this picture I have the left pic with the extensions freely hanging. Clearly can see the blatant hair length differences. Again, I think cutting it down and curling will help with this. The right picture is when I swept the hair all the way to the one side. It all but disappears from back view and all you're left with is the natural hair line. Looks terrible. This tells me that while this hair might look natural, you cannot really treat it as natural hair, whipping it around, tossing it from side to side, or having it drape nicely over one shoulder. At least not with short hair. I had seen a review say that these are not great for short hair. Which sort of defeats the purse of being extensions lol. I feel like things like this are meant for add SOME length, and fullness. Not for "shoulder length hair one day, boob length hair the next". this thing is ok, but I will need to play around with it a little. I mean for $10 it was a nice way to experiment and possibly customize to my needs.
