This powder dissolves fast and tastes great. Let it sit under your tongue for even faster relief. And I like the smaller 500mg dose per packet this way I can spread 2 or 3 packets throughout the day. My only complaint is that when I first started taking them they caused a lot of gas. But now that problem seems to have gone away.
