Over all, I believe this is a good strobe light, its economically friendly and very portable..its about the size of my hand. No duty cycles, it runs all night..3 year warranty from ADJ when you register your product (50,000 hour LED life) I'm definately going to order another one

This works fine, but its very small. For the money I was disappointed. Didn't put off much strobe. Bought it to scare squirrels in attic, but we got rid of them before we got to use this. Used it for Halloween instead.

I purchased this solely for use at a Halloween party, along with  this fog machine , and it works great! I was surprised at the small size of the unit, even after reading the product's dimensions before ordering it. This thing is TINY. At first glance, I thought "what a piece of junk!" but then I plugged it in and was very impressed with the brightness of the LEDs, as well as the strobe effect it produced.A few of the other reviewers are complaining about it not being a "classic" strobe light, yet I'm not sure what they mean. I've been to concerts and haunted houses that use professional (read: expensive) strobe lights and I found the disorientation effect to be nearly identical. Keep in mind, the space I'm using it in only has an area of about 75 square feet, so this may explain why it works so well for me. If you plan on using this particular strobe light outside for some large event, you'll probably be disappointed.Any downsides? Yes, but nothing too bad. First, the unit has no ON/OFF switch. Plug it in and you'll be strobing immediately. This isn't a huge deal for me and can easily be fixed by using an  outlet switch . Second, the six foot power cord is long enough for most applications, but could've been a bit longer. Again, a minor nitpick but nothing that can't be taken care of with an extension cord. Lastly, and most importantly, is the high price. While I am pleased with the unit, $20 seems a bit much for such a small and easily manufactured product. It's probably only worth about $10 and I think that would be a much fairer price.Other than the price, the pros far outweigh the cons, making this a great product that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

This is a great little strobe and I use it for rodent control. I run it on a timer under my house, in my shed and under the boat cover as packrats like dark places. It has proved to be great for this. My neighbors picked up a couple for under their RV when they come up in the summer and another neighbor bought one for their shed both have not had any challenges with rodents since! Fingers crossed!

The classic strobe light (in my opinion) is the old Radio Shack model. With that strobe, you could create very cool effects for Halloween displays.The problem with this LED strobe is two-fold: (1) the LED bulbs light up and fade slower than a true strobe bulb so you don't get the classic strobe feel and (2) the strobes are actually done two at a time rather than one so the strobe is disjointed. I don't know how to explain all of this other than to say there are two quick flashes of light with subtle hints of the the light coming on and shutting off, and then a delay followed by two quick flashes of light with subtle hints of the the light coming on and shutting off followed by a delay, and so on. It just doesn't look or feel like a true strobe.I gave the unit two stars because it does appear well-constructed and it's cheap.

Works good to keep rodents out of my garage.

This LED strobe light was perfect for what I wanted it for. I used it to light up my front window Halloween display. Made the effect very nice (& spooky). I may have to purchase another one for a another display. The kids and families in the neighborhood loved it.

As others have noted this is NOT a classic strobe, it has a light burst time that is noticeably longer and so it is impossible to get the same stop-motion effect that you get with a classic strobe. However to get a reasonable 'classic strobe' you are looking at >$100 and that was overkill for my needs (kids disco). At this price point the choices are very low quality xenon tube flashes which you are lucky to have last beyond the first extended use (I have had a couple of these and they aren't worth it) or an LED unit like this which will last longer and provides plenty of light for a darkened basement disco or equivalent. This will work to provide night time strobe effects to a front porch at Halloween, it will not work to illuminate an event hall or front porch during dusk. To get best stop-motion effect reduce the flash frequency to less than the maximum, so that the eye adjusts to total darkness before the next flash. Once plugged in it will start flashing so either you need to be okay with that or monitor it or plug it into a simple timer. Overall, worth $20 if you know what you are getting, not worth much more.

So far the strobe has been working without issue. However I am concerned about the materials (plastic) used standing up to regular use. For now at least it is working!

Habe das Produkt im dauertest getestet und war sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und der Verarbeitung es benötigt wenig Strom! Die Schnelligkeit der Blitze ist manuell einstellbar! Die Aufhängung ist Sehr Robust. Für das Geld ist es allemal wert! DER KAUF IST EMPFELENSWERT

We bought this for Halloween and it was “ok”! At first it would constantly stop working and we noticed that the back connection was loose. We decided to put an electric tape on top to tighten it and it seems to have done the trick. We didn’t bother to try and return the product because it wasn’t expensive enough to go through the hassle of sending it back and because Halloween was just two days away. For that reason, we cannot comment on the customer service.In the end, the machine did the trick and it worked fine during the entire evening!

Por el precio esta muy bien, el unico inconveniente que le veo es que cuando se usa con un humo muy denso se pierde la luz y casi no se nota. Pero si se tiene con humo tenue y poca luz se ve bien y otra cosa buena es que si por accidente volteas a ver directo a la luz no te deja tan ciego como uno ya grande. Es ideal para un cuarto pequeño.
