Shipping was fast but the packaging was not good. The bottom liner was crammed with sharp folds into the bag it was shipped in which left bad creases in the liner. I had to use my own velcro to try and make it lay flat. I don't know if it will ever look right. Either way, there's no excuse for packaging something so poorly. The side pieces are useless. The adhesive on the back side of the included velcro does not adhere to the plastic trim at all. I will drive around with it for a week or so to see if the creases improve. If not, this is going back!The liner itself isn't horrible but, when you include that the side pieces don't adhere properly, and the fact you'll need to spend more money on extra velcro to accommodate the creased liner due to the poor packaging, the price is too high for what you end up with. I might be able to live without the side pieces, but if the creases don't disappear during the first week or so, I may drop one of the two stars this is getting from me.

Starting this pretty much the same way I start all my Amazon reviews: I bought this because I have two large dogs. I had a canvas-type cargo liner and a Husky cargo cover, but fighting GSD fluff is pretty much a losing battle. The cargo liners shift around a lot, and even the canvas covers that go up on the sides are relatively ineffective. I purchased this to try to combat the hair that gets stuck in the cargo area, as I do not think there is a powerful enough vacuum known to man to get it all out (cleaning = Dyson + a whole lot of lint rolling sheets).It came down to this and the Ultimate Pet Liner for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went with this because it was about half the price. It is, as the description states, multiple pieces. I suppose the pieces themselves are "waterproof," but water could definitely seep around the pieces themselves. I'm not sure how it will hold up long term but I use it in conjunction with the Husky cargo liner, which fits in fine with the cover installed. Hopefully​ it will alleviate the problem with potential water leakage through the pieces at the bottom.Some of the Velcro is not sticking properly to the sides so I will probably purchase a different kind on my own (this seems to be a common problem with these types of liners). I also put in an orthopedic dog bed in the cargo area, and with everything - cover and Husky liner - a 41" dog bed will fit SNUGLY from side to side (I could not have fit anything larger).As a side note, this is black with almost a gold stitching (think more yellow than white). I saw in the Q&A that you can order black with black stitching, and to contact the seller when the order was placed. I did this and found out that they want you to order it directly through them (not Amazon) and it would be more of a custom order as they did not have any with the black stitching "in stock." I don't particularly care for the gold looking stitching, but wouldn't have felt comfortable ordering it that way.Edit: Order this during a time of year when you can roll your windows down. The first hot day it will make your car stink!

Received the 5 poorly made pieces of this product today. Upon bringing it to my vehicle to attach the 5 pieces via VELCRO, I realized that not one of the pieces were made for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very disappointed in the false advertisement.

The packaging and shipping where not the best and the item is missing half of its Velcro strips. I can't even try it in my car until I go buy Velcro. Not happy so far.

We liked this product. It looks very nice and matches our car interior very well.

I like the liner, but didn't realize it came in 4 separate pieces. It looks good, but needs to be secured through adhesive Velcro pads. All in all, I'm happy with it.

This liner looks great and fits perfect. The only thing I had issue with was getting the velcro to stick to the side of the cargo area. Shipping did take a long time but worth it.

It an extra layer of protection. Far from bullet proof. Waterproof? Okay. But there are many places for water to go to get around the pad. It is not a pan that will keep water in place until you can soak it up.
