Imperial Schrade IMP17T Imperial Stainless Steel 2 Blade Pocket Knife

This knife is really good. The blades are thick and sharp. The scales are solid and overall the knife is good looking. The price is outstanding. I bought a Old Timer 4 blade and it is junk. The blades are very thin but this imperial is a good knife. China can do some things right.

It's sure not made in the good ol' USA but being made in China it's made good and finished nicely. The blades work fine but not as smoothly as most knives made in the USA. I'll carry this Schrade Imperial IMP17T Stainless Steel 2-Blade Pocket Knife around in my pocket because I've seen far worse knives before that were made in the USA. For the price, if I lose this knife at least it’s not a $40.00 or $60.00 knife I've just lost. China is capable of making good products but it will cost just like it does in the USA. It's a Global Market nowadays so consumers need to adjust their expectations some or totally stop purchase any and all foreign-made products. If I want an expensive USA made pocket knife, I'll buy a Case pocket knife for 4 to 6 times more. I want to see what Taylor Industries L.L.C. can do for the once respected Schrade and Imperial lines of knives in the future and only then will I give this knife 5-stars rating if it’s deserving. The bottom line is this: For the money it's a good knife and anyone can afford a Schrade or an Imperial pocket knife now. Someday all of our knives may be made in China or another developing country where materials and labor are downright cheap. Until then look and buy wisely.

Beautiful knife. Green marble coloration with pearlescence and yellow brass rivets. Perfect size for the pocket. Small enough to not interfere with wallet or keys in your pocket, but large enough to actually be useful on daily tasks like opening boxes, cutting rope, fishing, and more. I wish it had a bottle opener or flat screwdriver blade like some knives have, but it is still nice just as a knife only. Priced nicely.

this knife gets 5 stars, blades are sharp and tight, no side play, good fit and finish. clip point blade is marked "Imperial", other side is marked "IMP17T". spey blade is not marked. box is marked "Imperial schrade" , also marked Taylor Brands, LLC. made in china. it is very good for the price you pay. it would not be fair or informative to compare this to a 20, 30, or 100 dollar knife. i would recommend this to anyone who can't or won't pay out the nose for a high dollar knife.

I return this knife. It looked really good but that was it. The fitmit was very bad. The liners had spaces in them. And the scales were falling off. Not sharp

Really great pocket knife! Stays sharp a long time. Person I bought it for loves it.

Decent knife very handy and I keep a stone in my pocket so the fact it don't hold an edge isn't really a big issue

The first one I received was broken but customer service was real helpful and I received my new one in 2 days...great knife sharp and looks good
