How many quarts on a 5 quarts motor capacity ?

20% of the total system (is how much Lucas). 5 quart system would use 4 quarts of oil, and 1 qt of lucas. 6 quart system would use 4.8 quarts of oil, and 1.2 qt of lucas.

How does this affect engines with VVT?

I have the 3.6 pentastar vvt engine and it runs alot smoother.
