***UPDATE ON 8-20-2021 The parts arrived! We don't have them on the chair, but they are here. They came well packaged from NY but were marked from overseas before that so that explains the length of time for the parts to arrive. So as a final review I will say the chair is comfortable. It is lighter than other chairs that I have owned so I always grasp hold of it before I sit down so that it doesn't roll away as I sit down in it. Yes it has been frustrating to get the parts but the company has come through on getting them to me. Now we will see how well it holds up in the coming months.I was excited to find this chair. It arrived in good time but when we took it out of the box there was two small cuts in the vinyl. I notified the company and it was a bit before they responded saying my email went to spam. Anyway he asked if I would be OK to accept a $10 discount and I responded no that I preferred a new arm because I was afraid the cuts would enlarge. I have texted twice now and no further response. Now that I have used the chair for a few weeks it will not stay in the position that I put it in. I am not happy with this purchase or the customer service that I have received. It's sad because it is a really nice looking chair. **UPDATE I have been contacted by customer service and they are in the process of sending replacement parts so the prior mentioned issues can be resolved!

Bought this chair for my grandma to use at her sewing desk, and she absolutely loves it. She says it’s very comfy, adjusts well, and easy to get in and out of. She really likes the armrests, and it fits nicely at her desk. The chair was also easy to assemble and seems to be really nice quality!

Good so fare and easy to put together But a slight crack in the plastic housing hoping it will hold up ( will try to get them to replace it) other then that easy to put together being there was 3 off us lol. Had to fight to line up some of the holes but that’s normal with flat pack that’s why you never tighten the bolts until you have all them in place them tighten them down. But once together it’s feeling nice and the one worry of mine was if the arms would fit under my table and it does nicely. No it’s not real leather but still feels soft. For the price it’s a very good value.

Like lots of other people during this pandemic, I found myself working at home. I wasn't used to sitting in my office chair all day. After a few months I realized my office chair was done (I had it for a long time). I couldn't remember where I got that chair, but I went on Amazon and found this one. My husband put it together (he said it was easy) and I didn't realize how old and worn my other chair was. This chair has awesome back support. It is firm and comfortable. I am 5' 2" and it adjusts to my height. My husband is 5'8" and it works for him too. It's not a cheap chair but it is worth it!

The chair is nice and pretty easy to put together. The thing I didn't like is that you must attach the arms. The arms are what attaches the back to the seat. I generally never use the arms and would much rather have the sides open. Just a personal preference. The other thing I noticed is that there is no tilt adjustment or lock. It's very wobbly and downward slanting. There is a tension dial in the underside that's a pain to get to as you can't adjust while sitting in the seat and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference anyways. So if you don't mind having your chair slanting downward and having to use the arns, then the rest of the chair is great.

It did take some work to put together, but once that was done, I was pleased with my purchase. Now that I have had it awhile, the hydraulics keep lowering me down. I am a plus size girl, but I do fit in the weight requirements. Disappointing.

Ive been using this chair for over a year now. Not a single tear or anything. Looks great. Not a whole lot of padding. Does get uncomfortable after a long period of time. Easy to assemble. But you cant beat it for the money.

The assembly instructions that come with this chair are vague and leave a lot of instruction out, but it's not that hard to figure it out. The chair itself is very comfy and supportive and it looks luxurious. I did expect it to have a wider seat due to the fact that there is a 300 lb weight limit but it'll do. The casters they sent are small and didn't work well on my carpet so I purchased wheels which are working beautifully. So far, so good. If anything goes amiss, I will update this review.
