It was missing the light, but I didn't bother to return it since my old fender had the functioning light. It was super easy to install and I thought it was the greatest purchase - but then on my first ride, this thing cracked and almost broke in half when I went over a bump- it's super cheap plastic not worth the money.

These look and worked great as replacement parts!

This fender is made of very cheap flexible plastic and is a different shade of gray than the original fender (it looked goofy on the scooter). It wiggles and wobbles all over the place when riding. The taillight is so dim it might as well not even be there, you can barely see it even at night. I had it on my Ninebot Max for all of 32 days before it broke, just outside the return window. I went over a normal bump in a parking lot at about 10MPH, heard a snap, and then heard the sound of the wheel spinning against the liner in the fender. I would not recommend this product. The plastic is so weak and flexible there were a handful of times the handlebar clasp let go when the scooter was folded up, resulting in some pretty bad scratches on the underside from the scooter 'falling' onto whatever set of stairs I was carrying it up.

The plastic is cheap and brittle. I had the center screw tap in the fender strip out with minimal pressure, using a normal screw driver. Be aware that the quality is not up to par. Hoping for the best. Even without the middle screw in the inside of the fender, the part feels sturdy with an added support that I also purchased from Amazon. I probably will try a different brand if the fender breaks again. The install was smooth and straightforward, but made unnecessarily complicated because the bolts do not correspond fully, due to the slight differences in dimensions with the stock mounting holes. I wish this product was made from a more heavy duty material, with more accurately positioned faster holds, especially for the money spent. With an added support this thing does actually feel very sturdy and seems more durable than stock with no support bracket.

We ordered this to fix a cracked backed Vendor on our Ninebot Segway scooter. The colour is a bit darker, but the part fits on nicely and the hardware included works as it should. The install is pretty straightforward as you will need your Segway allen key, screwdriver and a pair of needle nose plyers. The only issue we encountered is that you will have to peel back your grip tape to get to 2 of the locking screws. Also, you will need to disconnect the brake light which is attached by a simple wire and harness. Should only take about 20 minutes but while you have the fender off you may want to clean up around the spring and brakes. The fender seems good quality and is a nice replacement. It came next day delivery and the price was descent.

Fender didn’t last me more then 3 days of going back and forth from work before it snapped . Also the dimensions where the tiniest bit off making it very hard to install correctly .

This fender arrived the next day I ordered and feels extremely sturdy and authentic. However, it'd be best to note that this does *not* come with the inner plastic piece (needed to hold/protect rear light cable), any screws, the rear backlight, nor the plastic piece to fold/clip the scooter. I thankfully had all the pieces still along with my broken fender so that was not an issue for me, but worth noting if you lost/broke the entire piece, broke the inner plastic holder, lost any screws, and whatnot.
